Visiting Madrid to visit a family member and hotel met our needs and expectations. Room clean,tidy and spacious enough for 2 people on a long weekend. Problem with the fridge sorted promptly and without fuss.Surrounding area not particularly picturesque but travel to and from city centre via the metro easy and cheap. Just be aware that visits to the swimming pool are restricted to 2 hours and pool not open until 11 (12 at weekends). Pool area very pleasant. Did not breakfast in hotel,cheaper to use nearby cafes.Would recommend VIPS if you are used to something quite substantial in the morning. Would gladly use this hotel again.

If you must work close to the hotel (a lot of offices), this place is a perfect solution with a good relationship between price/quality. To go to the center (sol/gran via) at least 20 min of metro but the station is quite near the hotel (5 min by feet). If you stay in the center of Madrid for leisure in the center you can find hotel for 10/20 euro more quite similar to this.

Stayed three nights as a single person in a double room. Check in was very smooth. Check in staff were professional and helpful. Room very clean. Bathroom clean and stocked with toiletry items. Room was quite hot but I was told to turn heating down and open window. This however did not seem to help much. Was disappointed as the bar was closed and would not open at all during my stay. My only options were the mini bar in my room or I was directed to a close by convenience store which stayed open very late. There were also take away menus to order food in. The hotel was quiet. The staff helped me sort a major problem of a concert ticket I was meant to collect but could not find. Without their help I would not have got to my concert so many thanks! Overall my stay was very pleasant. I would imagine this hotel to be largely used by people travelling for business purposes but I found it adequate for my needs, close to the Metro and comfortable.

Good hotel near the stadium Santiago Bernabeu. Hotel not so far from the center and the airport. Breakfast was varied. Metro Cuzco is less than 10 minutes from the hotel.

The hotel is located in a very good area and close to the metro. It was easily accessible. The room was exactly as was inidicated on the photo. We had a really good stay and will recommend the hotel to others visiting Madrid. Thank you. I was accompanied by my husband

Hotel nuevo, cuidado y limpio. Habitaciones bonitas y agradables. La zona donde se ubica es tranquila y tiene buenas comunicaciones, si bien está alejada del centro. El personal de recepción fue realmente servicial y atento. El único problema que encontramos fue el ruido en el pasillo desde primera hora de la mañana, tanto de los huéspedes que abandonaban las habitaciones como del personal de limpieza, que desde las 7 de la mañana nos mantuvieron despiertos a base de portazos
