Las habitaciones estan bien, quiza escasea un poco la limpieza, alguna pelusilla por ahi rodando. El menaje de cocina se reduce a un cazo pequeño, una sarten pequeña, dos vasos, dos platos, etc..en mi opinion el menaje es escaso. Esta al lado del metro, no debe haber ni 100 metros del hotel al metro. La insonorizacion tampoco es q sea muy buena. Pero bueno no esta mal, al menos esta bien comunicado.

This may have been a four star hotel at one time, but it is very outdated and is in desperate need of remodeling. It was good for a night and close to the airport.

loved it. used the small cooking facilities in the room to cook chorizo. It was great. Don't miss the small markets for picnic supplies

Some of the staff were very friendly but some didn't want to help the guests: working with tourists, the least expected is for the staff to help you when an emergency such as credit cards cancellation or giving the right indications for the police station and its opening hours and procedures. Some training won't hurt!

very very very good ......!!! price/quality is a very good opportunity... the lowest price in madrid....all the others are very expencive but this hotel was really clean...quite big the rooms...nice bathroom...nice service of wireless...it is a combination between an appartament and hotel....i really raccomand it!!!! the parking in front of the hotel is not a big problem so....if I come back in madrid i ll go again in this hotel... perfect!!!!!!!!! simone

I stayed during new years and for the price it was a wonderful place to stay.It has more amenities than one thinks, and its a chain so if you plan to stay elsewhere in Spain look into the Sercotel chain through Venere. Also, it is closer to the sites that one thinks. Metro is accessible and very easy to use. Also very close to the bus station. It was my first trip to Madrid and it was memorable

L'Hotel oltre ad essere molto lontano dal centro e non così vicino all'aeroporto come dicono, è fatiscente, sporco e scomodissimo. I servizi sono ridotti al minimo Pessima la colazione che fanno pagare extra! Non è assolutamente un Hotel che raccomanderi a nessuno.
