I stayed only one night. It is an excellent Hotel considering price paid, you have to advise that price does not include VAT tax(7%)

The location in terms of public transportation is GOOD, it is located near to many buses lines and taxis so you can move to any part of Madrid by bus, metro or taxi.

We left the hotel very happy with it. We got a suite room that when we thought we had just booked a simple room, it was enormous!. We stayed there the nights of the 31stDec and 1stJan and though the hectic time the staff were quite competent and spoke understandable English. The hotel is in a very convenient place to get to the airport, to drive to it or to take the underground to the city centre (just at the door) The major drawback was that the only parking is public it's quite expensive to pay for (20 euros overnight aprox). I would recommend asking for a room higher up.

I was travelling with my fiancee. We went to Madrid to go to a friend's wedding and stay in Madrid for 4 nights. The hotel was excellent. Localization and quality of the room was perfect. This was the second time I went to Madrid. The forst time was 6 years ago, with a group in excursion. THe hotel that time was horrible...I can't remember the name. This one is excellent and I already told my friends, who already booked a few nights during Christmas this year.

Great location, with access to all modes of transportation at the hotel's doorstep. However, breakfast was not included, which is something most hotels offer. Don't know if it's always that way or it was because it was August and personnel were on vacation.

Previous experiences of this hotel have been very good, however, my last visit has tainted my view. This is due to the fact that, at about midnight on the first night of my stay, water started pouring through the ceiling of my room! A call to customer services resulted in (after about an hour wait) someone coming to my room to tell me that; A) Maintenance couldn't do anything until the morning as they'd gone home, B) That I couldn't have another room in the mean time (Apparently the hotal was full), and C) I'd have to listen to water dripping all night - Chinese Water Torture - I was decidedly unimpressed.
