The Deluxe Rooms (floors 2 to 11) have ten different stunning design interiors. They are spacious (25-30 m²) and offer a queen or 2 twin beds, and large windows with panoramic views over the city. Whenever possible guests can choose the floor and the type of bed upon arrival.
The Deluxe Club Rooms (floor 2 to 11) are like the Deluxe Rooms but have some additional extras: free access to the Spa & Fitness Centre, free Oriol Balaguer chocolates, complimentary fruit basket on arrival, free soft drinks at the minibar, one complimentary movie from pay-per-view channels daily, free wireless Internet access, and free suit pressing service and newspaper.
The Space club by Zaha Hadid rooms are outstanding and spacious rooms (25-30 m²), with large windows, totally white floor and walls, and winding forms. The rooms are in a non smoking floor and have a queen bed. They come with free access to the Spa & Fitness Centre, Molton Brown toiletries, plus all the extras of the Deluxe Club Rooms. very fancy hotel with different design, not close to town but easy transporty by nearby Metrol station. however, wrong Metrol station quoted as Venere for Line 7, just one stop after Line 9 exchange spot

we arrived late at night - despite having ordered a no smoking room none were available at the price we had paid. after complaining we did move room - the manager agreed to exempt us from the 20 euro per night surcharge for the only non smoking floor available. The rooms are fun but ours was non functional (7th floor). the bath was so large that it took so long to fill that we gave up. there was nowhere to lean in the bath (had to sit up straight or lie flat on your back). there was no room in the bathroom for two washbags. The dining room has a special deal for people who don't have enormous amounts of money - 20 euros for 3 tapas a drink and a sandwich - dont fall into the trap - the sushi (3) were smaller than olives, the sandwich - bite sized etc. The staff are good, it is by a metro - but across the road is a 4 star abba hotel - much cheaper, less flashy and probably more comfortable. Maybe the very rich want places like this - we decided to splash out - waste of money

By underground
The nearest underground stations are Parque de las Avenidas and Cartagena.

By bus
Buses number 1, 72, 114, 122 and 155 are within walking distance from the hotel.

By airplane
From Madrid Barajas Airport, take the underground line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios and get off at Colombia. Then, switch to line 9 towards Arganda del Rey and get off at Avenida de América. Finally, take the underground line 7 towards Las Musas and get off at Parque de las Avenidas. The hotel is a few metres away.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 1 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is not included in the price and costs €23,00 plus VAT.
In-room electronic safe is included in the price.
Deluxe Ron Arad and Deluxe Kathryn Findlay rooms (on the 7th and 8th floor) have an extra charge of €21,40 per night.
Guests booking a minimum of 3 nights enjoy a 15% per room, per night. Early departures before the third night will not be given the 15% discount.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €25,00 plus VAT. Room service is not included. Prices available upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of late cancellation or n oshow, one night plus VAT will be charged on your credit card. Stay a minimum of 3 nights and get a 21,40€ reduction per room, per night. Early departures before the 3 days required, have a penalty of 21,40€ per room, per night.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
