Hotel Sieteislas - Madrid

The hotel is good located. The staff is very friendly and helpful.The rooms are very clean and nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone contemplating a trip to Madrid. Did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on that

The hotel is situated in the very center of the city, 3 minutes from the nearest metro station (Gran Via) and within walking distance from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor... you can reach all of them within 10 minutes on foot! Staff very nice and helpful, but many of them speak English only a little... Breakfast is really excellent, highly recommended! You have lots of choice... Do not miss cheesecake and apple pie!

Everything was so perfect! The staff was all so helpful, kind and knowledgeable! I loved the hotel and definately want to use it again.

In our 4 day stay we had to change rooms 4 TIMES because the air conditioning was NOT WORKING in the hotel.

Overall, we had a nice stay here. The lady at the desk was most helpful at check-in and spoke English. Rooms were quiet and clean, linens, sheets and bed were comfortable but pillows were lousy. Location was a plus... close to restaurants, bodegas, Plaza Mayor, the old city all were about a 15 minute walk away. Metro was only a two minute walk. Didn't offer a lot of services but we didn't require much. There were working ladies on the street close to the hotel entrance but they were not bothersome and they were on many of the streets around Gran Via. I'd stay here again as the place was clean, safe, well located, and had friendly staff.

We stayed in Madrid for 4 days, found a parking place right across the street and discovered the beautyful centre by feet. The hotel is around the corner of the Grand Via.The employees are very helpful.

The accommodations were pleasant- loud street noise was a problem. Overall quality was comparable to price- I would stay again if the price was right, but feel that there are likely other hotels in the area that I would want to try first, assuming the cost was similar.

I enjoyed my stay, the hotel is just around the corner from the metro, in a quiet pedestrian street just off Gran Via & within walking distance to all the city's attractions, the staff was great.

The pillows were not good

Hotel in excellent location just a few metres from Gran Via. Rooms as shown on website though not sure how much I would rate the hotel as 4star, more likely a good 3star. Madrid is great, just watch your money on the Metro. Make sure its zipped away somewhere really hard to reach!!

Sieteislas Hotel is a great hotel for its value. Rooms are roomy, the bathroom was very comfortable, large, hot water and air conditioning, awesome! The breakfast which was included in the price was excellent, great variety of fruits, breads, cold cuts, cheeses, etc. Very quiet, something very unusual for a hotel in the heart of town. It is centrally located near buses, metro, restaurants. I will very strongly recommend Hotel Sieteislas and will stay there on my next trip to Madrid. Rosa Parrilla Miami, Florida

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Only one bad issue: the Hotel surroundings (near Valverde street)is full of streetwalkers!

Hotel che, ad un prezzo ottimo, offre un servizio e delle camere da vero 4 stelle! Molto pulito, climatizzatore in camera, frigo bar e un arredamento curato e di qualità! Assolutamente da consigliare anche per la posizione!Dovendo tornare a Madrid, porenoterei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel!

Bon qualité/prix pour 3 nuits La rue n'est pas très bien fréquentée ,mais l'hotel est calme et agréable et bien située au milieu de cette grande ville.Parfait. Femmes de ménage:à revoir

We needed to move to another room in the back after the first night due noise coming from the street .... the employees were very nice on that.... the hotel is very closed to Gran Via and it is very central as they promised. We definitely stayed quite well and I can suggest this hotel even if I thing that 4 stars are too much... I think 3 could be enough.

A very nice hotel just off Gran Via, very close to Metro and all attractions. Within easy walking distance of Prado, Royal Palace, etc. Location appears somewhat "seedy" at first but the hotel itself is clean and quiet and quite well appointed for the price. As Gran Via is so busy and noisy, this hotel is surprisingly quiet and is recommended for people who like to get a good night's sleep. Very friendly, helpful staff and EXCELLENT breakfast included in the price (bacon, eggs, cereals, pastries, fruit, cheeses, etc.)

L'albergo è in centro, tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche si possono raggiungere a piedi e si arriva facilmente dall'aeroporto con la metropolitana. Le stanze sono funzionali anche se non grandi, il bagno è spazioso. La prima colazione è ottima e il personale gentile ed efficiente.

Habitaciones espaciosas, muy limpias, personal correcto y amable, excelente desayuno, localización muy céntrica. La única pega: las obras en un edificio cercano que nos despertaban cada mañana a la 8

Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale! A 100 mt dalla fermata della metro GRAN VIA, colazione spettacolare, camere bellissime e con frigo ba gratuito! Personale gentile e disponibile! Assolutamente ottimo e da ritornarci!

Hotel modesto rispetto alle 4 stelle dichiarate. Chiedono il pagamento del conto al momento dell'arrivo. La stanza pulita ma piccola e poco illuminata. Necessita di nuovi arredamenti. uona e abbondante la prima colazione

Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. Free breakfast was fabulous, staff was very helpful. Location is great: close to major attractions and easy metro access. Highly recommend to all travelers.
