The receptionnist didn't make any effort speak slowly and to make herself understood, didn't really care if we couldn't understand her explanations. Then, the room looked nice and new but no window and the smell was awful, you felt like being in the giant bin! Couldn't sleep with that smell and you can hear people breathing in the other rooms. I wouldn't recommend this hotel

The staff makes you feel like family. It is right off GranVia, so It is in the middle of everything. I would stay here again. Hopefully soon! Thank you Lemus, you did an outstanding job.
