Hotel Quatro Puerta Del Sol - Madrid

Very good situation

The staff were nothing short of excellent. The desk clerk went well beyond what we expected to aide and assist us. After a long drive from Toledo it made all the difference to feel welcomed and assisted in this way. I have stayed at many hotels in my time and rarely if ever would I give a review like this. However in this instance I feel compelled to do so.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable rate right in the heart of town. Puerto del Sol, is just one block away. Great experience.

Hotel was great, great treatment, personnel knows the sorrounding and was helpfull when arrived, during our stay and when we left. The Hotel is very well located at the heart of Madrid, no need for car if you plan to be in the city. Atocha Renfe is just 3 stations away from Sol metro station which is about 2 blocks from Hotel (yellow line). Sevilla Station (red line) is few steps away. From Atocha Renfe you can travel the rest of Spain by Train for those who hate renting cars.

Stellar location within a short walk to the Palace, main park and museums. Excellent service from the staff and they receive my highest complements. The rooms somewhat small but always clean. We had an excellent experience here.

Hotel Quo Puerta del Sol is a excellent hotel. No matter location, service or the quality of the entire property. It would be perfect if the price include breakfast!

Really fantastic postion at only 5 minutes walking to plaza puerta del sol and just near the central part of the famous gran via street! I booked a twin bed room and it was big and confortable. I asked and obtained to have the room at a higher floor. I booked with 1 month in advance and everything was exactly as seen on the web site Venere

The hotel seemed nice on the outside. decent public areas and decor and good breakfast. however the rooms were ridiculously small and had this stale smell..like mold or a wet towel.

El hotel estuvo bastante bien, pero lo que esta excelente e inmejorable ,pues considero que no hay otro hotel en Madrid que tenga una mejor ubicación que este ni siquiera los cinco estrellas como el Palace o el Ritz ,este hotel esta cerca de todo el centro de Madird. Por supuesto es un hotel pequeño con muy pocas áreas sociales un mini lugar para desayunar lo cual no quiere decir que sea malo y una decoración moderna, pero limpio y con buenas atenciones.

Excellent high tech hotel with very clean quite rooms recently updated. Great location for restaurants and theater. Would return to same hotel again. Best value in Madrid.

The rooms were very nice, clean but a bit small, I thought. Location was perfect, though it was very noisy out on the street from our room.

Late cleaning of the rooms, once forgotten not always somepne available at reception elevator had problems
