Although we received rooms in the non-smoking floor, the room smelled of cigarettes. The room was very warm and the A/C was not working (early spring)

This is a spacious, comfortable, business hotel, located close to the airport and main exhibition centre. The area is quiet at night, so good for those wishing to sleep, but not so good for those wishing to check out the night life. The hotel doesn't have a huge amount of character, but is nevertheless a pleasant place to stay. One big advantage is that it is very close to a metro station, giving easy access both to the airport and to central Madrid. It also has a huge park right on the doorstep.
