Breakfast was the only one thing good in this hotel. Too much noisy. Lack of housekeeping. Safe box broken. Next time we will look for a different hotel.

Llegamos al hotel de noche con habitación reservada directamente con el hotel, telefónicamente. L a habitación que nos dieron estaba muy por debajo de lo esperado. Ëramos mi madre, mi tío y yo y hasta me sentí incómodo de pasar la noche allí. Al dia siguiente reclamamos y nos mudaron de habitación, estuvo mejor, pero no nos gustó nunca.Ya luego nos pasaron al otro hotel de la cadena, el Petit Palace Mayor y fue mucho mejor entonces. NO volvería al Peti Palace Italia,. Las fotos no corresponden prácticamente, no es un hotel moderno como anuncian. Sí lo es el que queda en la calle Mayor, otra cosa.

L'accueil et l'environnement de l'hôtel de correspond pas à ce qui est annoncé. A noter que notre cb a été débitée lors de la réservation contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. nous sommes déçus par cet hôtel.

El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, a media cuadra de Gran Via y su acceso es fácil y seguro. Las habitaciones son muy buenas.

I was travelling with three friends and we really had a helluva time. The staff were really helpful and the place was divinely located.

The family room is quite small and the bunk bed does not seem very sturdy, so we had to bring the mattress to the floor. The hotel is close to a major street, so we could hear noise all night. The area around the hotel has many prostitutes, and we could see them any time of the day. The best feature is the proximity to the metro and many attractions. The fact that they have free internet access is also a plus.

The surroundings is the biggest concern - the prostitutes were right outside the hotel door.

Was very pleased with the hotel, especially the location as it was very central. Gran Via metro stop within a minutes walk. Hotel very secure. You have to buzz an intercom to get into the reception. Reception manned 24 hours. Reception very helpful when ordering a taxi very early in the morning, by giving you a wake-up call. Hotel spotless with very modern interior. Would definately reccommend this hotel and stay here if returning to Madrid.

NO privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom: Glass door!!! Not very nice when you share the bedroom with friends :-(

The hotel has modern rooms and facilities, but parts of it is rather run down especially since the hotel seems to be quite popular with the youth/student groups. The family room is a good deal - but are really meant for families (bath rooms doors are only made of frosted glass, there is very little privacy). If you are a group of friends who just want to save a buck or two - you might consider looking elsewhere. The hotel is very close to the Gran Via subway stop - which is a big plus. But the Gran Via area is very much like the "Time Square" district of New York...touristy and not exactly the most tasteful location.

The service and quality of the hotel is fine, with no extra bonus. The rooms are clean and with perfect space for two. The bathroom door is made of glass with no complete isolation, which made it a little uncomfortable. The hotel decoration is too impersonal. From all the hotels we reserved from venere, this was the highest one and the poorest in service and decoration. The breakfast is a plus.

Al presentarnos en el hotel, nos querían enviar a otro hotel, pues decían que mi reserva había sido anulada. Después de levantar la voz y reclamar nuestros derechos, nos dieron habitaciones en el mismo hotel.

It has a great location, is right in the Gran Via close to the Metro Station, stores, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, it's location is an asset. We were impressed by how the photographs were exactly what you will get from the room. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We stayed on the Family Room, which accommodate 4 and it was great. As for breakfast is only 7 Euros, you could find and it was worth it , for you will get a good buffet for your money. I highly recommended.

Gli spazi puiblici sono davvero esigui e la pulizia non e' proprio il loro forte. Tutto sommato il rapporto qualita'-prezzo e' indiscutibile.

Pasamos un fin de semana estupendo en Madrid. El hotel se encuentra en la zona comercial centrica de Madrid, y a escasos metros de la estacion de metro mas cercana, con combinaciones de transporte excelente para museos y monumentos. Por otro lado, el personal de recepcion no era muy simpatico. Pero el trato fue correcto. Cuidado con las calles adyacentes, que en horario nocturno frecuentan prositutas que comercian en la calle. La zona advierte una gran diferencia de personas entre la mañana y la noche.

l'albergo e' carino molto pulito in una posizione strateggica la colazione e'abbondante e qualsiasi nostra richiesta e' stata accontentata davvero un posto eccelente

very good, but only one seat in the double room with to beds, one person has therefor to sit on the bed or stand; and the room was on all six days I was staying there cleaned between 3 and half past three, so there were no possibility of rest in the siesta time;

problem of clean and quality for the room we have find cigarette and "fire" in bed smell cigarette" bed dangerous for small child they did not change every day things for "salle de bains"

We could'nt make external phone call from our room. we don't know the reason (we asked hotel staff to come to our room and at that time but after chat. we failed) The elevater is still under constraction. we could ase old one. but it was little bit inconvenient. the employees say that tha hotel had opened just 2weeks ago. but I think they should complete the renovatin before the opening.
