Hotel Osuna - Madrid

Overall excellent... definitely recommandable, have to say though that breakfast is a bit expensive, only "negative" thing to say

Young girl on reception who was there on my last visit in 2008 was still VERY RUDE !!.she appears to be very good at the job but comes across as a arrogant spainish girl who dislikes other nationals.SHAME as it spoils a very good hotel,and i am sure it stops people returning to stay.i stay at dozens of spainish hotels ever year and am sure a hotels reputation is remembered by the warmth of the front desk.

Staff were rude but breakfast waiter was brilliant. Breakfast was really nice, from smoked salmon and fresh fruit to sweet pancakes and donuts. handy for nearby supermarket and metro in other direction, easy enough. swimming pool should be longer times def and guy was rude but still, it was great to have a pool. rooms were small but surprisingly quiet with loud airconditioning. ants. overall a nice place, airport shuttle is great, breakfast is great, we paid 30e per person with breakfast per night. not for partying or if you want to see loads of madrid cause it's a long metro ride, but good to chill out.

Personale professionele e servizio ok. L'hotel è anche ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, raggiungere la città è facile.

Sin agua caliente. Empleados hostiles. Desastre total!! Vergonzoso, realmente para olvidar.

The men in particular are not very kind. Women are nicer, at times very kind. The breakfast is superb, although a bit expensive. The big mistake one can incur in from the Web site is that one may think the guests will be hosted in the cottages, whilst the rooms are in a building at the end of the park. They are very nice anyway, spacious, with very large beds. The bathrooms are comfortable. In Summer, the walk to the subway can be stressful and not so nice.

L'albergo non è certo in centro (10 km) ma è vicinissimo all'aereoporto e ha un rapporto qualità / prezzo veramente eccezionale per Madrid (ne ho provati anche altri). Le camere sono confortevoli (un po' troppo calde) e spaziose, la zona è tranquilla (residenziale elegante) e la piscina dev'essere un plus notevole, se non ci fossi stato a Gennaio... In definitiva lo consiglierei vivamente a chi è in viaggio e ha una macchina a disposizione.

A nice hotel but not enough chaiselongues around the swimming pool and double bed wasn´t very confortable.I had an awful pain in my neck the day before because of that.

Very nice hotel, with an enjoyable swimming pool! A little messy with dining: there are no clear indications of the different menus of restaurant, cafeteria and bar.

No information was available in advance on the way how could I ask for the shuttle bus. I have informed the Hotel on the flight number and arrival time both in the booking form and in e-mail message, but the Hotel did not answered at all and the Hotel shuttle bus did not came to the Hotel on May 17 when I arrived from Budapest. When returning from Lanzarote on May 24 I have called for the Hotel bus by telephon but the bus came to the airport 35 min after my call, althoug the Holtel is less than 15 min drive from the airport. I was unsatisfied only by the service given by the employees of the Reception.

Go for first floor bungalows if you don't want to hear everything what is said or done upstairs...The ladies at reception are not very helpful with one exception. The restaurant is very good (I am French!) although the personnel does not know what is wine tasting.

Rooms are poorly noise insulated. Early departures (to the airport) are noisy

Hard to find. Bus No. 115 - one street from the hotel - ends at the largest subway junction (Avenida America). Breakfast is not included, but worth enough to pay for it. We were there two times. There are significant differences between rooms... Service is not too friendly, but it is usual in Spain.

Most receptionists were nice but one of the girls was extrremely rude...

This was a very clean hotel, with plenty of rooms! The metro was a short 15 min walk down the road. Great service with a smile.

Hotel bien situé dans un endroit calme mais un peu loin du centre de Madrid. Accueil sympatique et de bonne qualité.

Great place - close to airport, stayed here our last night in Madrid to getting to airport easier. Free shuttle and very efficient. Rm 69 was great

Room was BIG. Very comfortable beds and a HUGE bathroom. Pool is very nice & relaxing. Photographs on site are very accurate. There was a place for young kids to play. Swings, slides, and such. Only bad comment I have is that they would not help me call a taxi or give out the tele taxi number when I needed one. As a tourist I need to feel that I am safe in my hotel and that the staff cares about my safety. The hotel is not in walking distance to any major landmarks. I suggest it for people wanting to stay close to the airport who do not mind taking the metro to the center of the city. Overall hotel is very pretty. Location makes it a very relaxing place.
