Excelent hotel. Everything was perfect or almost perfect. The subway is very far, but there are buses nearby that go to the centre 24/7.

Thanks to everybody at the Husa Nuevo for making our short visit to Madrid a wonderful experience. My daughter (who had been promised a trip to Madrid for her 18th birthday) and I really enjoyed our stay; the staff were so pleasant, the breakfast delicious and the weather couldn't have been nicer! We really managed to get quite a lot into a couple of days; visits to museums, El Prado, museo del Romanticismo etc. and of course lots of shopping!

A wonderful 4 star hotel! The room is very clean and spacious! All are excellent except it is really far away from downtown. It takes nearly 20 minutes walk from nearest metro station. But the price is really good regarding the hotel facility.

The hotel is outside of the city centre so you have to take a 15 minute bus ride in order to get to the metro. The hotel is in a residential area so there is nothing interesting to see nearby. The hotel staff are great and the rooms and lobby are extremely nice. I reccomend this hotel as long as you dont mind travelling to get to the city centre.

My first time in Madrid. Kongress. Easy to come to Castilla park with buss, but poor to come to the Metro. I am sorry to say that I got an infectione when I for only one time was in the jaccuzi at the hotell.

My occasion was to see the finish of la Vuelta Satisfied with that, but not so satisfied with the hotels situation. The hotel was situated quite a long way from the town city, at least 2 kilometres to the nearest metro station. But the metro-system in Madrid was no problem.

Great hotel with good value, because it is in a slightly inconvenient location - I didn't mind. The map and directions for public transportation access are confusing. Due to recent extensions of the Madrid metro, the easiest access IMO is with the Pina de Chamartin station (line 4). The hotel is a long (20 minutes) but straightforward walk from there (head south on main road).

The hotel was totally new built. Everything extremely clean and with very modern design. Staff was very friendly and helpful and was able to talk with me in English, German and Spanish, each language fluently. The surrounding was a little bit like a construction site, but that is because they built so many new buildings there now. The room was excellent with everything you could wish and quiet.

Overall very good hotel and service. Only inconvinence is the distance to the next metro station, which obliges you to always take a taxi.
