It's known as one of the prestigious hotels in this area. Nevertheless, I would not come back. First of all, the front desk was not kind enough. They should have been trained better. They didn't help us in handling the baggages. They were not friendly. Internet connectivity was disaster. It kept flapping all the time. The room was old, furniture and carpet needed refresh. We didn't have a feeling that we were treated as guests. Some days before staying this hotel, we stayed at another hotel in calle Goya. That hotel offererd much better cost performance. We wanted to go back to the previous hotel. This one was too expensive for what we were offerred.
