Hotel Lusso Infantas - Madrid

Excellent Hotel, but the internet is quite slow and the breakfast just regular. Excellent attention, location, room, bathroom, cleanliness, saved and nice.

The hotel Lusso Infantas is an updated hotel in a great location. Quick access to the metro provides easy access to the entire city. Our room was large and modern with a very large bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived at 9 a.m. and they had a room waiting for us even though check-in time isn't until the afternoon. Our room was over the bar and over the street so it was a little noisy, but not so much that we had to change rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel, although if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room at the back.

Stayed only on Christmas night and was very pleasantly surprised. Location is fantastic, many cool things within 2 blocks. Would return and recommend. Only thing I disliked was a cigarette smell in the room and when I asked, it turns out there are no smoking rooms on that floor (2nd). Strange.

This hotel exceeded my expectations on most counts. The room was spacious, immaculate, and the bathroom was stunnint, with a huge tub (unusual in Europe). Its a great location in the Chueca section; easy access to the Prado and the Gran Via. Since I was there off season, it was quiet with the windows closed, but I suspect in summer it might be a noisy street. The staff was also great.

Good location, near Gran Via and two Metro stops. Quiet neighborhood. Knowledgeable desk personnel.

This is a good hotel, in a good position

I will book this hotel again without hesitation. Firstly, its location is excellent: Just off the Grand Via with all its majestic buildings in the vicinity of the Banco de España and yet to the rear, immediate access to the Chueca night life. We stayed at the end of January and the hotel was warm and cosy through and through.

Overall stay was perfect except that youth and teens were drinking and celebrating close by all night long that we couldn't sleep.

Very good hotel with not a very good price. Common spaces are quite small and without any sofa, rooms are sometimes cleaned too late in the day, but everything else is excellent

The front rooms are noisy. The hotel accommodated us when we requested to change rooms. Rooms on the side and the interior were fine. The mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable for two in our family. As it is a small hotel, it has a small lobby with restaurant and cafe. The hotel is very well located on the edge of Chueca and two blocks from Gran Via.

The hotel is fine. It was a good stay. Near the hotel are the museums, grand via, calle de alcalà, metro. In front of the hotel there is a pretty coffè.

Very nice hotel, quiet area, with many good restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and very quiet (my room was towards the back, can't vouch for rooms facing the street, but Infantas is a narrow street without much traffic). Walking distance to the Prado and other museums. Good value.

Superbly presented room at an excellent price in a very good location. Regrettably "La Noche en Blanco" was being celebrated on our last night so impossible to sleep with the room on a corner. Good assistance from friendly staff.

We loved this hotel and our room, staff exceptionally helpful and friendly, location superb. Close to everything, really enjoyed the flat walks to all sights, plus felt very safe.

Hotel molto bello, che vale più di un tre stelle. Ho avuto la stessa identica camera ritratta nella foto di Venere. I dintorni non sono il massimo, ma in 500 metri si è in centro: Siviglia è talmente piccola. In generale, un consiglio: due notti per Siviglia bastano.

Albergo nuovo, camere accoglienti, arredamento moderno, funzionale ma non freddo. Ottimo servizio. Posizione strategica per girare a piedi. Vivamente consigliato.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location!

The hotel seemed very highly rated by other reviewers and I would confirm that it was ideal for a short stay - marvellous bathroom, slightly small/dull bedroom. A lovely square with friendly local cafe (circus cafe)immediately east of the hotel made this a great location to start/return to each day. Great location for short walk to galleries and lots of interesting side streets to explore. Slightly disappointed that only twin beds available (not ideal for romantic weekend, which did take the edge of it slightly. Staff were courteous & helpful if a bit brusque. For the money I would have liked to feel slightly more luxurious having pushed the boat out a litle bit, but can't really complain as the price was quite cheap. I think i would consider it 3* rather than 4* though. Recommended but don't get too excited by the decor.

Excellent price/quality, great location. hellpuful staff. I would stay again, but I don´t think that 150 euros is really worth it, as I use the hotel only to sleep.

Overall an excellent stay in a very nice hotel. However, the service was a bit dissapointing. When we arrived we were informed that we only had a twin room (had booked a double 4 months in advance!!) They did move us the next day but we were made to feel that we had made a mistake in our order. We had the confirmation that a double was booked but suddenly the language became a problem! Secondly, we booked a meal in the restaurant on arrival. Mine arrived still frozen in the middle!!! Complained and it was taken away and reheated!! Not a penny discount given! There are excellent restaurants within a very short distance so we never ate in the hotel again. Apart from the above the hotel was in a perfect location just off the main Grand Via and close to Cibeles. It was spotless and if they had done something about the meal I would have given 9s & 10s in my rating.

El hotel en general fenomenal tanto las habitaciones como el trato y el servicio. Muy centrico, cerca del barrio de Chueca que está lleno de bares y restaurantes con muy buen ambiente. Lo recomiendo.

Très bon hotel, calme, bien situé proche des musées & de la Gran Via. Transfert aéroport-hotel très facile par métro (station Banco d'Espagna). Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Petits déjeuners: excellents. A recommander.

This is a fabulous hotel! Our room was spacious with a tiny balcony. The bathroom was spacious too and well appointed - even had a balcony as well! Great location - so close to everything! Was probably one of the cheapest places we stayed but would have to be one of the best! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A little bit of road-noise at night, but not enough to worry about. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Ottima pulizia e posizione centralissima della struttura. Hotel piccolo e senza gradi spazi in comune. Personale molto gentile e cortese. Buoni i prezzi anche per i pasti. Lo consiglio

The staff at reception was very nice and helpful and the room nice and clean. The location is great if you want night life.

Fantastic hotel, centrally located. Very near the main museums and retiro park. Highly recommend this hotel, staff was excellent - had an issue with my air-con and i hardly put down the phone to reception and there was a person at the door already waiting to help me! Fantastic! Girl at reception was great too in recommending a delicious tapas bar near-by. Bit of an uphill walk on gran via to puerta del sol, but take the metro instead which is just outside the hotel its only 2 stops. On a side note - nothing to do with this lovely hotel - when ya get to puerta del sol avoid this restaurant called Aruso at all costs, you cant miss it - its all green and its across from the metro entrance. As it is the most rip-off place serving the poorest seafood with staff trying to con ya into buying the most expensive (awful) dish!

Very nice place.

We didn't think it was going to be so good for the price. The rooms are wonderful, new, with new technology. The personnel at the front desk was very kind and their restaurant was delicious. The points to visit are close. It has a well ubication for tourist. Close to the gran Via. We definetly go back to this hotel.

We asked for some space in the room for our travel cot as we were staying with our 15 month old baby and when we arrived it was plenty of room. we stayed in this hotel for one night only and possibly it was their bad day but reception wasn't perticullary helpful and room service didn't have any condiments. but overall it is a very nice hotel.would definately suggest it to my frends and family. excellent price.

Ottima la posizione,i servizi offerti non sono all'altezza di un 4 stelle.Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera carina ma maleodorante,i prodotti per il bagno offerti erano per una e non per due persone.Non è previsto utilizzare una connessione ad internet(per il check in on line poteva essere molto utile).Se avessi pagato la tariffa piena da loro esposta sarei stato molto deluso,ma con l'offerta di venere posso dire che è andata bene.

Albergo in centro vicinissimo alla metro banca de espana camere pulitissime bel bagno molto cordiali lo consiglio a chi deve andare a madrid

Central hotel, recently refurbished. Booking in advance and avoiding breakfast, I got an excellent price for the service provided and the location. The room furniture quality reminds a good 3* hotel, maybe not a 4* one.

Lovely hotel, well located 8 mins walk do playa del sol. Lovely rooms modern and spacious staff spoke english well and excellent value for money. Would recommend and re use definately

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Hotel in centro, vicino a tutto (anche a Starbucks), metropolitana a 5 minuti a piedi. Alla reception potrebbero dare un'accoglienza un po' più calda tutto sommato molto bene!

Room is clean and the staff speak excellent English and were able to advise places of interest when approached. The location is great except it can be difficult to locate for the first time. Only a few minutes walk to the nearest Metro station, plenty of cafes, restaurant and a supermarket around. Will definitely stay there again.

We were very pleased with the hotel was very very well located for the sightseeing we wanted to do from the city, in the sorroundings were a lots of bars. the room was nice and the bathroom spacefull and modern.

The hotel is very near the metro, station Banco de Espania and Grand Via. It is located very central, and has all requirements as a 4 star hotel. The emloyees were service-minded and gave us a pleasent stay. I will recommend this hotel.

This was the best value ever. The hotel was central, street parallel to Gran Via, very friendly and helpful staff.The rooms were huge and the place recently refurbished. The buffet breakfast was very very good. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel on every level.
