Hotel Confortel Pio XII - Madrid

Standard. Bland. No complaints. Chosen for proximity to Chamartin Station, though far from the centre. Useful to know that the 150 bus goes from outside the hotel to Sevilla - taking about 35 minutes.

This is really a good hotel. I certainly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Please note that connection to the city center (puerta sol) with underground keeps around 30 min. Excellent relationship between price and quality.

Check-in was very cumbersome due to slowness in reception personnel. Rooms are quite small and not too attractive

The hotel is nice. The location is not too good because there is nothing in the surrounding area. The good thing is that there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. I had a double room which was very spacious! Staff was friendly.

It would be useful to include in the website information on whether or not breakfast is included. I assumed it was, since nothing was mentioned, and was very surprised when I found out on checking-in that it wasn't.

L'hotel è fuori dal centro, ma a 5 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata della metropolitana che è efficientissima. Camere semplici ma perfette, personale disponibilissimo e molto gentile.
