We stayed 2 days only , the hotel was excellent , even if it was not in the cnter the bus station is a100 mts. from the hotel and the bus (53) takes you to the puerta del sol in 20 minutes!the stay was really great .the hotel has wery modern design,rooms are wery big,and confortable, there is a good gym, with good equipment.

The directions to the hotel is not enough. The property was far from the metro and even with the nearest bus stop. The room is good but since this is a serviced apartment, there were no single kitchen utensils available, have to pay EUR5 for rental and EUR15 for deposit. Very near to airport, this is good for the last night stay in Madrid.

Very good conection to public transport. Bus line 200 from airport 20 min and 5 min walk to the hotel. Conection to the city: Bus to Metro Av.America, from there different Metro lines. Around the hotel you only find offices etc.

I thought the hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and I thought the value for money was fantastic! I couldn't of wished for me, and I will definetly be staying here again!

Hotel with nice design. However, in case of rain the lobby turns into a swimming pool and there were also some power outages. But the stay there was very nice. Btw, notice Telefónica R&D just opposite the hotel...

Hotel looked like a spread from Architectural Digest: topnotch rooms and breakfast, free lobby internet, excellent staff. Very upscale. A GREAT place to stay.
