l'hotel è veramente molto bello, nuovo e ben organizzato. Le camere sono molto spaziose e ben pulite e il rapporto qualità - prezzo è molto alto. Unica pecca, la colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo: non fatevi prendere (come ci è successo) dalla pigrizia del mattino perchè 15€ a testa per la colazione sono tantini, anche considerando che non era un gran che.

Clean business hotel, far from business center. Difficult to find via taxi but local bus connection available. Rooms are spacious and quiet but a bit overpriced. No restaurants or services nearby.A bit isolated.

We spent 2 nights in the hotel, in a triple room, 1 double bed and an extra bed. We were afraid reading some comments here, about finding the hotel, but there was NO PROBLEM at all! THE HOTEL IS EXACTLY WHERE IT SAYS IT IS ON THE WEBSITE, it is +- 10 min from the metro station. It is not in the center but you can reach it by metro within 15 min.. The room was clean BUT the toilet was NOT, though it had the paper "DESINFECTED" on it.. Another IMPORTANT THING that we unfortunately understood when we were leaving the hotel: THE DRINKS IN THE FRIDGE ARE FOR FREE!!! So drink everything, the next day they will put new drinks. It was the less expensive hotel IN Madrid for "Semana Santa", nice hotel if you don't mind losing 20-30 min to get to the center of Madrid!

This is an excellent hotel with good prices offered at Venere.com. We truly enjoyed our one-night stay there. It was new and clean. The room is spacious. HI-speed internet was free in the room. The only disadvantage is that it is a bit far away from the Metro station - about 17-minute walking. I highly recommend it.

The indications on their "How to get here" page do not correspond IN ANY WAY to the reality! we spent three hours looking for it, asking at every corner! The streets they mention do not have the same names on the direction signs.. it's a mess!
