The hotel is a perfect location for going everywhere in Madrid and its neighbourhood thanks to the metro and train station. In the same street and near the Goya tomb there is sidro factory where you can find good food in a particular place.

great location. nice staff. at the very first day, i had a room with weak air-con. hotel change the room for me on the next day per my request. although the hotel is located at the main street corner, don't feel noisy at all. good for short stay.

L'hotel non è dei più recenti, in tutti i modi il rapporto qualità\prezzo è ottimo. Comodo per girare in metropolitana (la stazione è di fronte), è più consigliabile un hotel più centrale da dove sarebbe più semplice raggiungere svariati punti di interessa a piedi.

It was a very great experience staying in Celuisma Hotel. Even if people at recepction have some difficulties in speaking english, they were able to give me every information i needed. Rooms was nice, spacious and clean. There were many groups of tourists, even young, that's why probably it was a bit noisy, but not a problem for me. Very close to the center of the city and easily reachable via underground whose stop is 50 meters far from the hotel. Another good choice with venere.com. Congratulations!

Aspetti positivi: L'hotel è in un ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal palazzo reale e proprio di fronte la metropolitana Pricipe Pio. Ottimo rapporto qualità/Presso. Aspetti negativi: Le camere hanno un arredo un pò vecchio, i bagni non pulitissimi, staff poco gentile. Secondo me non è un 4 stelle.

Hotel ottimo per chi viuole visitare Madrid. Collegato perfettamente con tutto poichè difronte alla metro e alla stazione ferroviaria. A due passi dal Palazzo reale,si raggiunge tutto anche a piedi. Solo un pò rumoroso e bagni da rifare ma puliti e funzionanti. Consigliato.

The room was really too hot, we always left the window open becouse was not possible switch off the heating system. A 4 stars hotel should have a minibar in the room. The room had been cleaned well not every days.

Especial para personas que quieren una buena estadia en madrid, los muy jovenes tienen una chance ya que se hacen muchos tours y tienen catalogo de salida nocturna. Espectacular relacion calidad precio. Muy recomendable.

Beautiful and really spacious rooms. Hotel very close to a train station, very easy to find. The only problem is that rooms may not be really quiet (first night, had neighbours who were speaking until 5 in the morning and could hear them, second night, had quiet neighbours, no problem).

Magnifica situación, enfrente mismo de la estación de Príncipe Pío, comunicaciones perfectas, 45 minutos justos con T4 y sales y tienes el Palacio Real y la Almudena a cinco minutos andando. Las habitaciones grandes, confortables, limpias, las vistas normalitas (el río Manzanares), y muy tranquilo.

I still cannot believe that a 4 star hotel did not provide tea making facilities in the room. Whilst room very clean the room was over priced for the service we received.

Great location for who visits the city with public transpoprtation. Good value for money. Breakfast is poor for its value, try to have breakfast in the city, great experience.

I had seen some differing reviews about this Hotel before my stay but having been I would have no problem recommending this place. OK, it's not right in the middle of the city but the Metro is directly across the road and you can get anywhere in a matter of minutes. The staff were very genial and the room was spotless, if a little dated. Not exactly the Hilton but you get what you pay for, I'd definately stay there again.

L'hôtel est excellementbien situé, tout prés de la station d'une station de metro, restos, galerie commerciale et centre ville. Juste un petit bémol pour l'isolation acoustique.... On entend tout dans les chambres d'a coté !!!! Mais c'est plutôt marrant....

A note: my price has been 60€ for a twin ,but the official price is 160€!!! The hotel is OK for 60 € (special internet price???), but not for 160€. The hotel has old structures and forniture. Unconfortable spring mattress un noise from ventilation/heating. For 160€ shoud be (quality/price) bad, for just 60 it's ok.

Their room was spacious at a very reasonable price. The location of hotel was very good as you can walk to Principal Pio metro station & bus station in just 3 minutes. And distance to town centre was just 1-2 stations which was very convenient as a basis point of travelling in Madrid.

Generally the hotel is very very OLD.... It is the only one disadvantage. The location is perfect, it is near the subway and within walking distance from the city center. The friendliness of the personnel is outstanding =) Repair is highly recommended, the rest is perfect!

The Rooms are Good value for Money but breakfast is not included and expensive for what it is if you do want to add it to the bill, a lot of noise from neighbours next door and above was bit of a pain, The Hotel was located right at the Exit of a Metro station which is handy but the hotel needs to place some metro directions on their site as the staff were not very helpful when I rung them and asked which line, direction etc best to take - keeping me waiting for seven minutes on a cell phone before giving any assistance.

very nice hotel located very close to a bus stop and to the Metro. I recomend you to ask for a room that is located in tha back of the hotel towards the river and not towards the main street.

Got good value considering this is a central hotel in a capital city within 10 mins walk from the Palacio Real/Royal Palace. It's a little run down in places so don't expect luxury. The rooms are fine but some could do with upgrading. People who got front rooms quickly changed to the back due to the high volume of traffic on the main road. It's across the road from the metro, train station and shopping centre which is handy. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They have parking to the back @ 18 euro a day. The Madrid Bus Tour is very good - it covers both historical and modern city routes which are both included in the fee of 16 euro pp and the ticket is valid for 24 hours. The nearest stop is at the Palace/10 mins walk and the hotel sells tickets at reception or you can pay on the bus.
