The website indicated that there was a free shuttle service into Madrid city center (Plaza de Castilla square). This was not the case. The shuttle service was only available for the nearby surrounding area. The reason we chose this hotel was for the convenience of the shuttle. We are disappointed as we had a considerable walk and ride on the metro to the city center.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

Use of the garage is not included in the price and costs €10,50 per day.
Shuttle service to the airport and Madrid city centre (Plaza de Castilla square) is included in the price.
