great location within walking distance of most of the main tourist attractions. Several metro stations very close by and also the city tour bus was just up the road.

Overall hotel is OK in a good location. The rooms are clean, though beds and sheets are way past due replacement. The rooms have safe (free of charge) which is a great benefit for us - we didn't need to carry passports around in Madrid. The breakfast is simple (salami, cheese, muffins, sereal) but that was ok for us. We took a taxi to the hotel from airport (30 euros). On a way back to the airport we went to metro. The station is about 3 min walk, though it didn't have eleveator, so be make sure you can carry the luggage all the way down if you choose to ride the metro.

The hotel was centrally located a few minutes walk from Plaze de Espana Metro station and close to all the tourist sites. We walked to most of the places and stayed out till the early hours without any problems. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They are renovating the hotel at this moment and the construction is so loud and dirty. The first floor is completely renovated and I stayed on the sixth floor. They never even suggested another room. The breakfast buffet was gross. When we checked out, I asked to speak with the manager. The night before had been so loud with the construction going on and our hairdryer pulled right out of the wall. She pulled up a packet of papers and showed us where she wrote on the website that construction was going on. I tried to go back on the website and I haven't found anywhere that says they are under renovations. Don't stay here until all of the renovations are finished!

All our expectations were well met from time of check-in up to check-out four days later. An excellent location; friendly and helpful staff. Restructuring of part of the hotel was ongoing during our stay but it did not take from our overall satisfaction. Thank you to all concerned.

Al momento del mio soggiorno c'erano i lavori in corso nell'Hotel, quindi forse il mio commento non farà testo più di tanto ma per la rumorosità delle stanze, per la pulizia e il servizio il costo che ho affrontato è stato a mio avviso eccessivo.

Excellent Location. Good relationship quality/price. Not a luxury hotel, but espacious and good for a short staying.
