The hotel is perfect for a resting stay in Madrid, but a little far from the city center. Rooms are clean and quiet, staff is very welcoming. The hotel is located in a very quiet resident neighborhood of Madrid, 10 minutes of walk from the closer metro station (Arturo Soria) and one needs additional 20-30 minutes of metro to reach the city center (Sol metro station).

The hotel was excellent! Clean and welcoming with a good sized triple and huge bathroom! The hotel was about a 15 min walk from the metro stop which wasn't fully explained upon check-in, either in Spanish or another language. the location was close to the airport but pretty far from the Plaza Mayor/Puerta del Sol area- which was OK for our needs. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant but they did offer room-service should we have needed it. There was alos a computer with internet available for free to guests great for us to check our flight info. Overall great hotel.

Very good hotel! We were searching for something not expencive and we were surprised by the quality offered for this price. The room was nice and clean, reception personnel polite and competent. Of course there's not much to see in the surroundings, but the metro station is located not far away from the hotel, so there's no problem to get to the city centre.

It's easy to park in the street instead of paying the hotel's parking (except on evening, when the surrounding restaurants are open). My room was not really small, but agencment is quite strange : there is a small desk, but you can't sit in front of it, nor take out the chair, without pushing a console in front of the sofa. Poor breakfast : no fresh pastries, no fresh juices. Hotel is far from downtown. There is a metro station at 10-15mn by foot, then 35 mn with two lines to Sol station. Price : 1€

A&H El Parque is conveniently located in a clean, modern neighborhood near a metro stop, about half way between airport and downtown. We needed one night to be able to make an early flight for which it is well suited. Our only suggestion is to check around for local restaurants if you are particular; you'll be able to do better than the one attached to the hotel.

For the price, the hotel and rooms were excellent with friendly, helpful and competent staff. I do feel that the breakfast could be improved upon.

Not our first time in Madrid, but much better in this place. Friendly staff, hearty breakfast and easy to get around with tube and bus. For such price we expected to be well out of Madrid. Funny to comment: size of bathroom...was huge!

The hotel is just ok, i do not think it is a four star hotel. I was not given the type of room i booked. A little far from the center of Madrid.

All rooms are toward the street. Maybe a quiet street to Madrid standard, but not to mine.Although relative guiet at night (earplugs recommended). Hotel itself quiet and OK (non-smoking rooms respected). 800 m from metro station.Expensive restaurants inhouse and neighbouring; better offers in shopping center 200 m away (Arturo Soria - opposite direction of metro station, especially on rear side, ground floor. Two local cafeterias close to station also OK. Good location for airport. Free parking in streets around - 11 euro a day in hotel basement. Takes about 30 minuttes to reach Madrid center by metro (incl. the walk to the station). Would not be my first choice of hotel next time, but generally above average.

In order to improve the hotel location information, its necesary to correct the directions on whow getting the hotel, coming from Barajas airport: Change to line 4 from line 8 of Metro is to be performed at Mar de Cristal instead of Canillas station. In the other hand, it would be better inserting a "room service" provided by the restaurant.

Ottima posizione per evitare il traffico delle zone più centrali di Madrid, metro a 10 min. a piedi o due fermate di bus.

The Hotel is greatest, but the person in charge of the administration he is not kind. The Hotel is near to Metro Station and this is a good option for Family Vacations.

Only stayed for 3 nights. Great hotel, although a little bit long walk to subway (around 15 minutes). Subway took around 15 minutes to centre of Madrid.

I loved the location and the staff were just so helpful. On the website, when I first booked the reservation, it mentioned that there was a shuttle service to and from the airport but upon arrival to Madrid...there was no shuttle service and when I asked a cab driver where this hotel was, they all said they didn't know. Once I learned that it was off Aurturo Soria, then the cab drivers understood. Also, the website on venere mentioned there was a laundry room which wasn't the case. I would say that besides the shuttle service, the hotel met our needs entirely. They could offer more english speaking channels on tv other than eurosport. Not that tv was a priority but after a long day of touring, winding down with tv would have been nice. While at A&H, we saw many business clientele. I would recommend the hotel to others. It was a great place to come home to when spending all day in Madrid's city centre.

Hard to find, taxi got lost. Quiet neighborhood with several nice restaurants nearby. Indifferent staff. no airport shuttle as advertised. I´d stay again but it´s not my first choice in Madrid.

Great place to stay. Close to the airport and only a 5 minute walk to a subway to get you into the heart of Madrid. It is in a very nice neighborhood. The front desk was extremely helpful. Rooms looked new.

The hotel should check their room lock system. Had enormous problems in getting in the room, as the card lock didn't work properly. Breakfast hardly worth the price. No internet in the room, which is critical for business these days. Please include the nearest metro station in the hotel location map. Nice, quiet area, which appealed to me. No internet - a big problem for me. The staff nice and otherwise the hotel ok.

Las camas no son de matrimonio (2individ juntas). Problemas con las habitaciones (estuvimos en 3). Demasiado ruido dentro del hotel. Una habitación olía a tabaco y había pelos en las paredes.

Ideal small hotel for a family groups...very clean and classy - The lady owner was incidentally at the reception when we arrived and she was exceptionally nice to offer lots of tourisme information on the map...One point to mention, it was rather hard to locate the hotel first time, though it is coneveniently located close to the airport...Will recommend it to friends..

Perfect hotel in a very nice location. Especially if you are renting a car. Safe and cosy neighbourhood, 7 min away from downtown. Just can be summerized in one word, for that price it is SUPER!!

This hotel was listed as an airport hotel with shuttle service provided to the Madrid airport. The directions given on the website from the airport to the hotel were absolutely terrible, causing us to become lost. After calling the hotel to receive directions, we again were given confusing and incomplete answers, causing us to become further lost in Madrid, which if you have not driven in before is quite challenging, even if you know exactly where you are going. After finally finding the hotel, it turns out that they DO NOT HAVE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE, as promised on the website. All and all I would rate this hotel one to avoid, as it misrepresents itself on the website as easy to get to and with airport shuttle service.
