Public area, bar, atc very poor. Room really big, fantastic but the bathroom too small and cold, no radiator inside or heattowel. Difficult to have a shower relaxing. The loundry service is very bad, they keep over 3 days, for a 4 star hotel is unacceptable.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation.
