Good hotel with good price and enthusiast staff.

We had a room that was very cold, after that we complain we got a new room, good service.

The hotel if very modern, and the service is excellent.... We were really surprised, as for the price it was much nicer than we were expecting. The location is also great.

Although this hotel is situated some way out of the city centre it is only a few metres from a Metro station and so puts the whole city within convenient access. We did not use the hotel's eating facilities but the fridge in the room did provide free fruit juice to give us a good start, whilst the suite facilities were excellent to relax in after a day's sightseeing in Madrid. A well recommended hotel.

It is close to a metro which is great because otherwise the area is far from anything. The pictures are misleading as my room was NOT updated at all and looked nothing like the photos. Also there was a strong sewer gas smell in my room 142. The internet was free and telepizza delivers to the room, but only after 8:30pm. The room was a suite with a small sitting room and bedroom. Price was good and staff speaks some English. Would probably not stay here again as it is far away from center of city and sewer gas smell was horrible. Otherwise it was clean, quiet, and would have been great for the price.

Although the design pictures state they represent a junior suite. We did not have a design suite but a more tradional room/suite.

Estuve sólo una noche. Mi habitación era una junior suite, con dormitorio y sala de estar independientes por la que pagué 74 euros. En el baño encontré algunos pequeños desperfectos debidos al paso de los años, no estaba impecable. La cama muy cómoda. La habitación daba a la calle López de Hoyos, que es muy transitada, y se oía un poco el tráfico. La ubicación es excelente, a 50 m del metro Alfonso XIII, en una zona de la ciudad muy comercial y con mucha vida. Ideal si se llega en avión a Madrid (media hora de metro desde el aeropuerto de Barajas)
