Aparto-Suites Muralto - Madrid

The suite was very good but the kitchen appliances were almost non-existent. No toaster, no pans, not even a kettle (supplied: 2 bowls, 2 plates, 2 mugs & 2 glasses and a couple of knives). According to the kitchen notice there were appliances available from reception but on asking for a kettle we were supplied with a saucepan! So, if you go be prepared!!

Aparto-Suites Muralto offers a perfect location for a family or business visit to Madrid. It exceeded my expectations.

Stayed 5 days. First time at Apartment Muralto. We had a pleasent stay but, the apartmente lacks of suficient kitchen appliences, utensils and cookware.

Location to the Metro and shopping area was good.

We loved our stay in Murano: front desk personal is great, location is great, very close to the metro station and a Corte Ingles with supermarket. I´d have been happy enough if room was the size of the bathroom alone! I would definetly stay there again.

The conditioner in the room did not function in cold temperature, and it was too hot and stuffy...

Great accomodation, really clean and loads of space. Only critism was that there was only 1 small pan in the kitchen!

The hotel is located in a very convenient neighbourhood within 500 m from central Placa de Espana. Rooms are clean and very spacious and so is the bathroom equipped with a large tub. The kitchen is not equipped with cutlery and pottery at all. there is a microwave oven in the kitchenette.

I enjoyed my stay here with my husband and two friends. The receptionists were helpful. It's spacious and cozy and locates in a convenience place for sightseeing and shopping. A Metro station and a bus stop are also near by. El Corte Ingles is only 3-minute walk from the accommodation! Overall, good value for the money! For things can be pointed out for improvement. (1) I reserved two non-smoking rooms and the receptionist confirmed my preference again when checkin-in, but one of the rooms assigned was very smoky. They gave us another room immediately, but it was not welcoming for the 3-night stay. (2) The glass shower screen was not tightly attached to the wall and we had to put a towel to keep it shut so that water doesn't leak out to the floor. Even we did so, there was a little pond on the floor after shower - dangerous! (3) Their wireless Internet connection was very slow and we couldn't use the service comfortably. (4) There is a church next to the accommodation and was noisy from time to time because people sang songs. This may be difficult to improve. So request a room far away from the church! Accueil et qualité des prestations très satisfaisants. L'établissement est très bien situé, à proximité d'une station de métro. Seul bémol, l'insuffisance au niveau de l'espace cuisine (manque de vaisselle, absence de casseroles, pas de cafetière ....)

The hotel was a splendid place to live in when visiting Madrid because it was nearby the metro and several restaurants and stores.The only drawback was lack of waterboiler and casseroles in the citchen.

....i mini appartamenti sono molto confortevoli e puliti .la struttura è situata in un punto comodissimo della citta , con la metro a due passi , e le maggiori attrazioni a 5 minuti a piedi . i ragazzi alla reception sono molto bravi e sono a disposizione per ogni evenienza ed info. comodo per noi "guapi" che cerchiamo una "cicha" che per una famiglia,,,,,,,

Looking at the fire escape map this hotel seems to have quite spacious rooms, unfortunately we were given the smallest, with the kitchen measuring no more than 1m x 2m. Very hard beds, good sized bathroom, the AC did not work as setting it to cool made it blow warm air into the room. The beds were positioned with their headboards adjacent to the elevator shaft wall, so it was noisy at night. The room key reader, which switches the lights on, decided to buzz noisily one night too. Reception staff are friendly, housekeeping did not check the waste baskets for two days until it was mentioned to them. The location is very good with the Arguelles metro station, an EasyInternet, Starbucks, ATMs, a few restaurants, breakfast places and a Corte Ingles a mere stone's throw away. My Madrid experience was probably hampered by almost everything being closed for Easter but all in all the hotel was not terrible. I wouldn't go back to this hotel if given the same room

We rent an apart-hotel, so we were waiting for some kind of dishes in the kitchen and there were amost nothing, so we had some difficulties to deal with this situation.

Very pleasant flat cum kitchenette. It is a pity though that there are only plates, glasses and cutlery. Nothing to boil water, no corkscrew, etc

A menos de 100 metros de parada de metro Argüelles, al lado del Corte Inglés de Princesa. A unos pasos de la calle Princesa. Situación inmejorable.

We found it very useful that our room had a small kitchen area. However, there were no pans or kettle, so we found it difficult when cooking. I would suggest to other guests that if they are intending to cook in the kitchen, to bring a tea towel/dish cloth/washing up liquid etc. If you want a large balcony and beautiful view, ask for a room on the top floor! We really enjoyed staying here and for a central hotel in a lively area it was excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We were a large group staying for a Real Madrid match. The hotel was in a great location, beside the metro and only 20 mins walk from the center of Madrid. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Ideal for a weekend break.

We stayed over the new year's eve week end. We generally had great but few time at hotel. What we appreciated most was the possibility of having a small kitchen (very useful when on 31st night all restaurants were either booked or closed) and the cleaning service of the room. On the negative site we must say our room was overnoisy. It was not over the street but most probably close to a central"something" working all the day long. When asked to the reception we got the answer "never had complain of this kind"...impossible!it was very noise. But we think we had a "bad" room because we arrived late and the hotel was most probably full. BUT we were always tired and it didn't ruined our staying at all. We reccomend it for all of those who would like to stay very close but out of the real center and which think that having a fridge and a microwave oven is always worth.
