Walls in the room are very dirty. Too far from the center of the city. There are many places in the center of the city for a similar or better price. Staff does not speak English, like many people is Spain, which is surprising for a country where tourism is a major industry.

It was first time, I travel with a friend. Location was very convenient for us just 5 minutes walk to coach station. Good metro connection to the city centre.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in late June 09. The hotel was as advertised, and perfect for our touring needs, ie. near the metro. Being June, the AC in the room was very welcoming, as it was the fridge. The only glitches were that the ice box door was missing as well as the shelves in the fridge door , and no cable TV. We did not mind, and did not even mention it to reception. The 24/7 reception was reassuring from the security aspect, as was the availability of a safe box(small fee) in the room We shall stay again in this hotel

#ITALIANO - E' un buon pasto per allogiare spendendo tutto sommato poco. E' forse un po' lontano dal centro ma la metro è proprio a due passi e muoversi a Madrid non ha mai presentato grossi problemi. Il cucinotto è fornito di alcune stoviglie e un microonde così che ci si può organizzare, almeno per la colazione. C'è una cassaforte. #ENGLISH - It's a good place and, all considered, cheap for staying.Perhaps it's far from city center but underground is quite near and there's no problem moving trough Madrid.There is a little kitchen with dishes, cup an microwave so you can eventualy organize your breakfast.Strongbox available.

L'hôtel est bien placé, près d'un métro. Le Centre est très accessible ainsi que l'aéroport. Mais le quartier est très bruyant, surtout le week-end. pas de double-vitrage. Nous étions dans un studio avec cuisine .. Là, problème : une cuillère à café pour deux, très peu de vaisselle, une cafetière contenant l'équivalent d'une petite tasse de café.. Heureusement, Madrid nous a fait oublié ces petits inconvénients.

La recepcion da apariencia de que el sitio es peor pero luego los apartamentos estan muy bien. No salio muy bien economicamente y practicamente por estar en el centro de Madrid. Recepcionista simpatica.

Un bon acceuil, bon rapport qualité prix, par contre les femmes de ménage sont hyper bruyantes, aucune disretion quand elles font le ménage. Tres propre, proche du métro et des commerces (lidl, boulangerie etc...) par contre peu de restau etc pour sortir le soir, direction le centre ville! Plutot contents de notre séjour et pensez aux boulles quies!

Hotel is comprised of nicely updated studio apartments. The Hotel Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Most speak English very well. They were extremenly helpful in dealing with Air France over my lost luggage. Hotel is 1 block from the Metro which was very convenient. There is a parking garage in the basement. Small cars only! It's a tight space.

I stayed here for a week with my sister as we began our 3-week journey in Europe. This was by far the worst part of the trip. The hotel was a little hard to locate, as it's on a back street and the photo we saw online was deceiving-we thought it was on a corner when in fact, it is a tiny entrance between a bunch of other apt. buildings. There was NO shuttle to and from the airport as stated on the website. No clock in the room or any type of information or guides, as one would usually find. And for us, worst of all, the phone didn't work. When our parents tried to call-3 times-to make sure we were OK, they couldn't get through. Most of the staff (I only saw 3 employees total) didn't speak English. Luckily, I can communicate in Spanish, but when we told one lady about the phone, she basically said, "too bad." Rooms have NO sound proofing,you could here everything from everywhere! I would definitely never stay here again and wouldn't recommend to any travelers.

I arrived to discover I was not expected. Venere had failed to inform them. This was very bad for me as a woman travelling alone. Fortunately they were able to accommodate me in an annex, albeit much inferior in quality, for the first night.Next night I moved to my booked room. They were unable to offer me any discount for this failing.

It is good value for money, but the parking space is very small and very difficult to access. The room is quite cold in the winter night due to poor isolation.

La habitación se caía a cachos, la ducha no funcionaba, sólo estaba habilitada para una persona cuando habíamos reservado para dos (toallas, cubiertos...). No había mesa ni nada que pudiese ser utilizado como comedor a pesar de estar anunciado como apartamento.
