Welcoming and helpful - posted lost item to me. Good breakfast and good restaurant selection in nice area nearby. My second stay and the best I have found in Lyon at this price level for business stay. Modest sized room but comfortable, good desk and perfectly adequate + a good night's sleep! Would use for leisure.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I could not use the shower because the tub's sides were too high to climb over. It was a very noisy room because it was right across from a very loud disco, and I wasn't even given a free breakfast when I said I had had very little sleep. I could not understand why I was put in that room because the hotel was not full that night. I will write to the manager now that I am home. The room was lovely--recently redecorated. They had a computer available in the lobby. The breakfast was O.K.

nice place, nice people. It is actually quite a big hotel in number of rooms. The breakfast room & public space is very small for a hotel of this size!

Was in a 1st floor room with potentially easy access for thieves . The window would not lock. I informed the staff. They kept saying " don't worry, it'll be alright" and things like that. This did not reassure me. They could not fix it. The manager was not present at the hotel to supervise or act on this. Was not impressed with this side of things. All else seemed good.

Clean and comfortable room. Welcomed by gentle employees. Walking distance from metro station "Foch". Nothing special for surroundings, but it is OK.

Air conditioning did not work. The front desk did not have my reservation. Upon check out, the clerk took a long time to process my credit card while my cab waited to take me to the airport. It is a nice place with nice people, but too many problems.
