Die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Außerdem wurde uns ohne Vorankündigung 8,-- Franken/Tag für eine offenen, Kiesparkplatz verrechnet. Das ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig.

While our room was very small for the 4 days that we stayed, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the food in the restaurant was great. The hotel was conveniently located and we were able to walk to the key attractions and enjoyed sitting by the pool.

only negatives were restaurant staff were average at best. bar staff didnt seem to enjoy their work. big minus was the internet excess was very expensive as per free in other Swiss hotels we stayed in room safe did not work and did not get fixed even when we notified the reception on our first day

L'hotel Delfino est à environ 5 minute à pied du lac Lugano. L'hotel est très propre et le le personnel compétent et courtois. Il y a une piscine mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'enfant à cet hotel. Si vous désirez passé une nuit à Lugano, nous recommandons l'hotel Delfino.

Coming from San Gottardo or San Bernardino, on N2 road, take the exit Lugano-Sud. Follow the indications to Lugano-Paradiso. The hotel Delfino is located on Via Casserinetta at number 6.
By train
From Lugano train station: take bus no. 2 towards Paradiso and get off at the third stop Santa Birgitta. The hotel is located 20 metres away.
