The hotel is superbly located overlooking the lake lucrene. the rooms are spacious, modern and beautiful. the staff is polite and very helpful. i left my laptop bag in the taxi which dropped us tot he hotel. the reception staff immediately located it and recovered it. the bus stand is just outside the hotel. city access and bus service is superb. overall stay was very comfortable and good as i was with children and family. the rooms have a beautiful lake view and the rooms are modern. overall i would recommend this hotel.

Overall an excellent hotel in a very beautiful location. but mind you: everything comes at an extra charge: breakfast, internet, parking... and you are only informed of it AFTER you have booked already! venere.com should definitely change the sequence of the booking process!
