The Magic hotel is located in the heart of Lucerne, in the historic Korn market area, which is a well known pedestrian precinct with great shopping and a fantastic view of the Town Hall and the Reuss river.
The hotel is in an excellent position for exploring Lucerne's main attractions as well as the surrounding area. Guests can go to the theatre and visit the beautiful Kapellbrücke, both only 200 metres away.

Biggest problem is that it's very noisy at night, but the room is definitely spacious, very clean and staff very helpful! Do bring your earplugs with you and it'll be a pleasant stay!

Excellent location. Spaciouse & cosy room (the farmer).Cleaned and serviced daily. Disappointed though, upon arrival, since had to check-in at the Krone Hotel, and there was no one from the front desk to show me to the Magic Hotel and assist with the front-door on first night in Luzern (the entrance to the Magic is "hidden" in the alley and the front-door is quite obscur at night).

Excellent location over looking the lake. Staff were helpful but the road noise was a worry. We enjoyed out stay.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time from 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.
