It is a basic and modern hotel(except bathroom which was a bit old). Location is also very good within walking distance from Capel bridge. But I was so dissatisfied with service at the reception and restaurant. All of them are not friendly at all! The employees need to be improved.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.
