Good situation. Perfect for a short stay and only for sleeping.

Location is good, near to eateries and walking distance to riverside and train station. Reception staff was cold and not helpful, book on a double bed but upon arrival, only got single bed and yet didnt bother to tell us until we enter the room and see for ourselves. Wont recommend this hotel for its price.

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. The street noise Sreet noise is loud.

The De la Paix Hotel offers very comfortable rooms, all featuring a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Built in 1912, the hotel rooms are of different shape, but have all the same facilities and modern standard furnishings.Each room is also equipped with direct dial phone, Internet modem access, cable and satellite TV as well as radio.
Non-smoking rooms are available on request. Pets are welcome.
