At checking in at 10 pm, a very kind reception-desk clerk handed me a key of a room. It happened that the room was not made for a next guest. When I told her about this, she rushed upstairs to verify the information, then went to check another room, then told me that as a compensation for the flop I would stay at a suite. It was large, clean and enjoyable. I liked the response to my little complaint.
