Very friendly Hotel, people at the reception very cooperative and helpful. I would recommend it to everybody.

The room was an apartment with a separate bedroom and an extra bed in the dining room area. We were down the street from the Grotto in Lourdes, France. The two receptionists at the front desk, Gladys and Giselle were not only helpful but very kind and polite, always ready to help. We definitely will return to Victoria Garden.

when we booked at appart'hotel victoria garden we thought we were getting a room, instead we got a self-service apartment! it was spacious and clean and for such a great price. the location of the apartment is so near the grotto and all the other places of interest that we wished we could have stayed longer. we highly recommend appart'hotel victoria garden and we'll definitely stay again when we make a return visit to lourdes.

We had a rent a car and found it difficult to find the hotel because of the one way traffic system. We left the car in the centre of Lourdes and walked all around till we found the hotel and figured out how we could drive there. The carpet in the room and curtains were stained but we had a nice kitchen where we could make tea and cook food if we wanted. we had heating included in the price which was very reasonable and the bathroom was spacious and clean and had constant hot water.

This hotel is actually not far from the station, (about 10 minutes walk) but be careful when asking directions to stress RUE de la Grotte and not Boulevarde de la Grotte. It's actually the street directly opposite the McDonald's which is near the tourist office. There is a bus from the train station which stops right in front of the hotel. Lourdes streets are absolutely full of dog poo, so care needs to be taken to watch your step! The hotel is in a very convenient location but Lourdes is very small anyway, and the staff on the front desk (who never seemed to be the same from one day to the next) were all very helpful. The apartment also has enough cooking facilities to be able to save money on restaurants. The family room was a large-ish bedroom and two bunks in the kitchen/dining room, but ok for a family of 4. Generally good value.

The only drawback was that even though it was offseason I had a room whose window faced an interior court with nothing to see but the opposite side of the building (couldn't even see the sky to tell if the day was cloudy or not). On the plus side, I did have a kitchenette, which helped a lot when many restaurants were closed.

the receptionist was very helpful, everyone was very nice. the hotel is very well situated walking distance to shops and the sanctuary. the hotel price was excellent. i liked the kitchen it was well equipped, we cooked a lot to save money. I would recommend it to all my friends.Thanks again for a great time in Lourdes.

We stayed in a suite on the 6th floor (601)- it was very spacious 2 bedrooms 2 toilets a bathroom kitchenette and large dining table and it was spotless but the piece de resistance was the view of Lourdes - fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights with wife and daughter. The kitchenette was satisfactorily stocked with utensils. The beds were satisfactory but the room was somewhat bare. Nonetheless the locality was within a comfortable walking distance from the Grotte and all in all , had a great time!

Ho soggiornato una sola notte e vi consiglio se siete in macchina di fare pochi chilometri fino a Argelès-Gazost perchè è un paesino termale molto grazioso dove si trovano ottimi ristoranti (meglio cenare lì che a Lourdes)

Very nice hotel, directly in the city center with private parking. Spacious double room with dinner table, small kitchen and modern bathroom. Breakfast could have been a bit more of choices, but basics very available. Would definitively go back for another stay.

J stay in Lourdes for one night. The hotel is excellent for location but it's not spaciousness and type of room. The relationship between price/quality is good.

It's our 1st time in Victoria but we were recommended by friends who stayed there before & gave us v.good feedback & we were never disappointed.Anybody can really be accomodated there as it is a peaceful & presentable hotel for it's star & price.It is very accessible,we walked to&from the train station(with hand luggaages) & local folks knows the hotel should you need directions at all. The receptionists are very pleasant & speaks English & gave us whatever we needed.We even got a bigger room than what we are booked for,all for the same price!!It is in a prime location,5 min walk to the Sanctuary & on a hilly view surrounded by shops & good restaurants.I will 100% recommend this hotel as it provides the serene ambience we came for & made our memorable stay in Lourdes complete.Thanks again to all the staff..We'll definitely stay with you again when we go back there.

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war neuwertig und ok. Die Zimmer liegen in einem Hinterhaus. Die Fassade, die im Internet abgebildet ist gehört nur im Erdgeschoss zum Hotel, da ist der Frühstücksraum. Unser Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster zum Hinterhof, welches mit einem Eisengitter vergittert ist. Nichts für Leute mit Klaustrophobie! Die Flure des Hotels waren ziemlich heruntergekommen und unsauber. Das Frühstück war typisch französisch ;)

Very surprised at quality of rooms for price paid. Rooms were spacious clean and friendly staff. highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in a bit of comfort and central location in lourdes.
