For a budget hotel I was agreeably surprised. Particularly like the extra cushions as well as pillows in the bedroom. The bathroom was good, generall cleanliness impecable. I was unlucky in being given a room next to the lift which made it rather noisy.

Breakfast is not so special. You can eat between 7 and 9 am and they put the baguette already at 7 on the table. So when you come at 8.30 it is "old". Very beautiful view and very helpfull staff. On good walking distance to the Grot and Sanctuary

My only complaint is regarding breakfast. Staff ignored us , coffee in machine was cold and when we requested milk for cereal we were directed to using milk in coffee machine. Such a shame this happened as reception, bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had the cleaners come straight into the room at around 9:30am without any knocking. And the management asked me to check-out at 9:30am stating that their checkout time was 9:30 even though the booking states 12:00. I had to have a big argument with the very rude management to get the checkout time sorted for 12:00. They were blaming venere.com for getting the checkout time wrong on the advertising. Before you check in make sure you clarify the checkout time and tell them that you don’t want the maids walking in to the room at 9:30am without letting you know. Also this hotel does not have any signs to hang on the door to state that you do not want to be disturbed. When asked, they said that they did not have those signs. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. (I have stayed in more than 200 hotels)

I didn't find the staff to be rude, but they certainly weren't very helpful. I think they deal with so many large groups on a daily basis that they don't really take much time to help individuals with their needs. Also, the advertised WIFI wasn't working, and the only explanation the main clerk gave was, "I'll fix it later if I have time." We were there for three days, and it was never fixed.

Great value hotel, reasonably convenient to the Grotto. We had a double room with balcony. Breakfast is basic with same limited menu each morning - no cereals or yogurt.

The location is great mainly because of the view. To fall asleep with the balcony doors open and the breeze coming off the top of the snow covered mountains into your room is a must to experience.

Super fast check in. Friendly and courteous staff. Great restaurant. 10-minute walk to the sanctuary. Take bus no 1 from/to train station.

Good service from staff and management. Staff very welcoming, friendly and relaxed even during fluctuating guest levels, some days I was one of just a few guests, next day there were a hundred or more. Staff coped well as an efficient team. Could have done with more local information given, rather than having to ask for it,(Summer/Winter clock change,for instance). I certainly would return, and recommend to others.

This was my first visit to Lourdes and was happy with my choice of Hotel, except for the small choice of breakfast. Rooms were adequate but rather dated, and the central heating could have been a little warmer as it was Octber when we made our visit. Although the hotel was fine, I would probably choose a hotel nearer the Sanctuay area next time, but would be happy to stay here again.

It is necesary advice if you request parking in the hotel, due to have not enought space for all rooms.

Beautiful, very clean room with a balcony on the seventh floor overlooking the river with a view of the Pyrenees.

My only disappointment is that your internet advertisement for Property Facilities you said "Shuttle service from and/or to the railway station" but your front desk person said she is not aware of such a service. Perhaps you did not mean to be free shuttle service, in this case let your guests know that there is a blue City bus that can drop you off at the front of the hotel. The bus stop at the raiway station is located by the end of the restaurant. Since i did not know about the bus, I walked from the train station to your hotel. It was quite tiring as I was carrying my luggage. Aside from this, I still think your hotel is nice , clean and reasonable priced. I will recomment to others who will go there in the future.
