We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the staff are warm and friendly. Especially the manager - he is very kind and give us a very nice sent off (we don't get this type of service in Edinburgh, Singapore or Paris). Three cheers to the Manager and the staff members. Thanks.

The room we had was small but adequate enough for the two of us. Although there were big groups that were staying at the hotel the staffs did not overlooked us. Alan from the front desk was excellent. He went out of his way to help us not just once but on multiple occasions. The only disadvantage of this hotel to others is the distance to the sanctuary but I will stay there again given the chance to travel to Lourdes again.
