An excellent hotel, nice service, very clean, friendly staff and a menu that you can eat off every night. Good breakfast and service, lovely views, some English TV and nice to be out of the rush and bustle of the town at the end of the day. Even the air conditioning worked efficiently! Would certainly return to this hotel.

This hotel is right outside the train station. You don't have to worry about being late when you have to catch an early morning train. The view of the mountains in the balcony is perfect. The triple room is very clean and the whole hotel is elegantly furnished.

The Beausejour Lourdes is an absolutely charming hotel! My husband and I just loved it! It has clean, pretty guest rooms and bathrooms, beautiful mountain views, excellent restaurant, welcoming patio and beautifully kept grounds. Its exterior has been preserved in its original turn-of-the-century design and stands out as a local historical landmark. It's amazingly close to the railway station, a very quiet neighbor, which makes this hotel very easy to reach. By bus, Hotel Beausejour Lourdes is only a few minutes from the Lourdes shrine. It's a perfect spot for a quiet stay short or long. We are so happy to have stayed here.

great hotel. Will come back again. 100% Customer Service. This is a very good hotel. The chambers are small for german people. Better to book bigger rooms. We had a standard room for 2 people.

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room - my only gripe. Staff were friendly, restaurant food was great value. Location was very central. Rooms were on the smallish side but all in all a great stay and will definitely be back.

Ideal location for station and quiet as long as the windows were shut. Service, restaurant and general ambience very good, although room and beds very small.

we were very pleased with our stay, although the room was a bit small for triple share. Staff are very friendly, helpful and charming. Very convenient location, just accross the train station. bathroom very nice. The elevator was a bit bumpy though.

conveniently located, literally accross the train station which was good for us given the long train ride (overnight) from Paris and the fact that we were taking the early train the next day to our next destination. The diner @the station across the street was also quite convenient, good warm food and very friendly staff- offers exactly what the hotel offers for breakfast at 1/2 the price. we were unlucky though that the day we were at the hotel, they were fixing a water leak so we had to wait for night time for the water service to be back. the room we got though small was quite comfortable , very quiet and as a bonus...provided a fantastic(!!!) view from the balcony. the hotel is a good 20 min walk to the Sanctuary which is okay in the am but not at night... we had to take a cab! the receptionist was helpful, and efficient..not very familiar though with what goes on at the Sanctuary!

Lourdes Best Western is truly a wonderful hotel with excellent service. It was easly one of the best hotels I have stayed and I felt at home! The Director, Mr Martini and his staff takes great care in looking after the interests of the occupants. Example- We checked ou at 4 pm and was staying in the lobby area and had dinner prior to taking the night train to Geneve. During this time we received two calls and the staff came in search of us and connected us although we had checked out. When we finally left the staff wished us the very best. i cannot say enough good about this hotel. the rooms are small--but that is normal in europe and especially for hotels in this range. however the facility is absolutely charming, the restaurant as good as any in Paris, location very convenient, the staff was incredible. it was the best find Venere or any other service has found for me. i would not only stay here again in Lourdes, but use it when exploring this corner of France

WE WERE HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND IT IS OFF SEASON NOW. SO I THINK IT IS DIFFICULT TO JUDGE A PROPERTY JUST IN 2 DAYS, WHEN THE SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED, THE SERVICES CANNOT BE AS THEY ARE IN SEASON. BUT OUR STAYING WAS COMFORTABLE, THE PEOPLE VERY FRIENDLY, THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN, JUST A LITTLE BIT SMALL (WE WERE STAYING IN A SUPERIOR)AND THE HOTEL LIES JUST 10 MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE GROTTO. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE NEXT TIME WE GO TO LOURDES.

All the people were nice at this property. We arrived late in the night and they were very kind to us. Everyone spoke English, so talking to them was not a problem. Further, the hotel is right outside the station, which makes it easier to get there.

We stayed in a superior double room, whhich was comfortable and quiet with a nice view of the town and mountains. The staff were polte, and our dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

The hotel was hard to find using the maps, mainly because street signs in France are on the sides of corner buildings. The photo helped us find it more than anything else. The first night was very warm and the air conditioning wasn't available in any room. We used mosquito netting over the open window to get outside air. This was fixed by the second night of our stay. Parking was ample. Food from the restaurant was very good.

Since we stayed in Lourdes during the off season, we were able to get a spacious room with a beautiful view and good amenities. The staff was helpful.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for two days during June 2006.It was a very nice & clean hotel.We had one triple, which was too small, & a double, which was small as well.They were both clean.The staff, desk clerk (was owner himself) very helpful and kind.This was a family run hotel.We ate Lunch & Dinner in the hotel.It was good, much better than other places around Lourdes & you don't have to travel too far.It's 20-35 minutes walk (slow) from the Grotto, but if you don't like to walk, I recommend to have a car if you stay here.Hotel has parking, & finding a place near the Grotto was very easy too, metered. Although we did go during June, not too too many people, which was VERY nice.Very convinient location if you plan on taking the TGV to Paris as the station is right across from the hotel.That's why I chose this place.Overall, my family & I did enjoy our stay at this very nice, clean, & friendly hotel. We would stay here again.

Very small rooms. No swimming pool as advertised, but they let our group set up our own pool in the garden!!!! Overall an enjoyable stay.

Our time there was very comfortable, staff really welcoming. Facilities were very good also, ate in hotel 2 nights we spent there. Would recommend it.

I believe it is the best hotel in Lourdes. It is just a 10 minute walk from the Sanctuary. Really enjoyed it!!

Our vacation was about as perfect as a vacation gets! After traveling all night and all day from the US we walked off the train and straight across the street to our hotel to a warm welcome from the hotel owner himself. We were overjoyed to arrive at a hotel with immaculate rooms. The food was outstanding and employee service was remarkable. After in Lourdes, we discovered there are some 350 hotels in town. We all agreed there was not one other hotel in town we would have rather stayed at. The hotel location is very convenient to the Grotto and center of town. Everything is a short walking distance away. I can not say enough good things about this hotel and the owner. On the day we departed, the owner was up very early to wish us well on our journey home. I look forward to a return visit!

Very convenient location, right outside the train station. Nice view overlooking the pyrenees range. Restaurant was good as well. Rooms were new and clean.
