Since the dollar has fallen so much the price/quality seemed like a lot. The rooms were spacious compared to most in Europe but the beds were hard. The rooms need another mirror - instead of just the one in the bathroom. I was traveling with my mom, Aunt, and daughter. We reserved 1 family room. 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms. We were comfortable.

If you get with a view to the mountains or road, you are lucky. Else if you get room number 423, you´ll just hear the airconditioning machine´s noise! The breakfast was quite good with lot of varieties, and all that for just 7.50 Euro. We booked for a double bed but got 2 single beds! So couples beware!

We came in as a family pilgrim group of 6. The family room with 4 beds was especially nice. The other bed with 2 beds was okay. The restaurant is good and the establishment is nicely located near the river, and a little away from the congested town center. Walking to the grotto was not long. I would stay there again.

If you want above all to feel secure, this is the place. Hotel room felt like a fortress. On the flip side, decor and ambience very impersonal. Bathroom was a hoot -- faucet design by Politburo, linear and logical but totally impractical. Short walk to grotto. When I visited in February, very few hotels were open anyway.

The hotel is very centrally located, but in the quiet season (when we travelled) the staff were distracted or basically unfriendly, and there was absolutely nothing to do in town.

I have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and I fully recommend that if you are planning or looking for a nice and comfortable hotel in this town, choose Arcade Hotel. The food was excellent.

Excellent facilities, clean and accomodating. I would come back again on my next trip.

Nos encontramos todo tal cual lo esperado, con relacion al precio. La localizacion y vias de acceso tal cual aparecian en la web. Lo unico a mejorar es que por ese precio y en relacion con otros hoteles deberia incluir desayuno. Por lo de mas repetiria.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and very good with a good selection. The location was as advertised and our whole stay was a success. We will definitely recommend this hotel to relatives and friends.

Location is close to the Grotto. Employees were friendly and the restaurant served good food. However, to navigate to the hotel fm the train station using the map shown cld be a nightmare. Will stay in this hotel again the next time.
