This hotel was excellent value for money, ideally located in a safe area for all that you want to see in Lourdes. Parking available on site was a bonus. It was a lot better than I was expecting as I drove around and saw many other hotels in Lourdes. They are renovating in 2009 I believe. I trvelled with my disabled mother and it was well lit, with an elevator, restaurant and lounge area with a bar. The staff were more than helpful for any of our requirements. I would definately recommend it to others and return again. Thanks to the Alliance Hotel staff we really enjoyed our stay.

Das Hotel ist im großen und ganzen in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber wenn man nicht den ganzen Tag da ist, macht das nichts. Ein Fernseher war aber nicht da, wir haben ihn auch nicht vermisst. Ein Mangel hat uns sehr gestört: der Duschvorhang war von unten an ca. 15 cm total verschimmelt.

On arrival at room, on opening the door we were shocked to find how basic the room was. We had booked a double room, only to find we had twin beds. We returned to the reception and asked for an upgrade to a double bed, which we were willing to pay the difference for. We were informed nothing available now but tomorrow we will have. This never materialized. The surrounding area adjacent to the Hotel was very run down.The Hotel is not modern.There is only one power point in the room, to which the television is plugged into at a raised shelf on the wall.We had to request additional hangers to hang our clothes. Lourdes itself was magnificent, it is abeautiful town with fantastic scenery.

As Alliance was full, we were given rooms in St. André for the same price. Very kind personal. The rooms are small, a bit noisy with all those groups around. The room was equipped with TV. St. André is located very centrally. Ideal to walk to the Sanctuary. The dinner for 12 Euro was poor: Soup, pizza, chicken and pommes frites. Wine had to be bought extra and only in bottles. Very noisy room for dinner. But ok, we have not come for that. I would recommend St. André for all who want to stay close to the Sanctuaries, who don't mind a bit of noise.

The room we had was quite small but adequate. It was directly opposite a rather noisy lift, but was quiet after mid-night. Service good, food excellent.

The Alliance Hotel is small and basic. It is a good value for money hotel for a short stay vacation. The Hotel resides in a quiet location, but is not too far away from the Grotto (about a 10-15 minute walk away) and other amenities (Shops, Restaurants, Bars etc) are on the doorstep. My Family and I stayed for 2 nights at this Hotel, and although basic, we encountered no problems. I would recommend this Hotel for people seeking a good value for money Hotel.

la réservation était pour l'hotel alliance et il a fallu aller à un autre hotel( hotel St André) qui se trouvait à un km et pas de parking pour se garer. On aurait pu me prévenir de ce changement d'hotel par email avant mon départ. Salutations

L'insonorisation de l'hôtel Atlantic laisse à désirer. En plus, à plusieurs reprises, des incidents techniques ont fait que le téléphone sonnait en pleine nuit. Du reste, le personnel est cordial et le cadre agréable.

For the eldery to far from the town and Grotto not as they claim 300 meters we were refused dinner on our arrival as they had just had a coach pull in and could not feed us at 2 hours notice

The room was nice for the money i was paying, and it was very close to the area i wanted to go that i could walk it up in 10 minutes yet far enough to keep the noise away.

A bit too old hotel, otherwise the staff was very welcoming and the place is just 15 min away from the sanctuary.
