Location was good, but hard to initially find by car. The room we stayed in was a corner room with a great view although the website indicated that the rooms were newly renovated but it did not appear that way. Only other comment would be that we did not find the staff at the breakfast very friendly.

A truly loathsome hotel. Dark dingy stairs, filthy rooms poorly fitted and long since their last redecoration ( which is long overdue). Never again.

The web site shows very nice rooms which were some of their redecorated rooms and we were given an old room. Wall paper torn, faded bed spreads was a surprise after walking through a beautiful lobby. Our purpose was to spend time at the Grotto which was an experience that words could not express. Lourdes is beautiful and all the people were nice and helpful. I could return and stay at least a week. I would return to this hotel if I had a nicer room.
