very loud music near the hotel every evening until midnight...

We were there last year as well, but it was completely different.I presume that this year the whole staff or management has changed therefore the personnel and overall quality of hotel services had lowered a lot. I say it can be classified into a 3 stars hotel no more.

Overall it is a nice hotel in a reasonable location by the beach and board walk. The food is plentiful and reasonable in terms of quality. The pool area is very nice. The main problem is the room. It is rather small. We had to run the water for 5 minutes for hot water to arrive. We got a room that was behind the elevator and facing the street rather than the beach or gardens and was thus noisy (presumably this is due to the relatively lower price from the Internet order).

1. Around of hotel a plenty of noisy restaurants and pubs is located. Before one o'clock in the morning it is simply impossible to fall asleep from their noise... It was simply a nightmare. 2. Meal at restaurant - fresh and insipid

We had a very pleasant stay at a very nice, clean and well-functioning hotel. Considering the relatively low price this hotel is absolutely recommendable.

A gorgeous hotel with excellent facilities. Second time staying here and hopefully get accommodation there again! Staff extremely nice and helpful!

everything was ok however venere.com should indicate on booking that which sortof accommodation was booked. When i arrived the hotel, reception told me i booked bed-breakfast for this price which i already thought half pension then i had to pay extra for heal pension.
