Hotel/rooms are outdated and could use some renovations or updating. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, but room felt a bit cramped. The air conditioner was very noisy. I was expeciting a bit more for the price.

Was amazed at very low rate obtained through Venere - could not find anything comparable to Shilo Inn at twice the price. The location was only minutes away by freeway from our relatives in San Dimas and the LA County Fair. The staff was efficient - the lady in the free breakfast area was a delight. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Good price/quality ratio. Rooms spacious and clean. The breakfast is ridiculous though: some yoghurt, juice/coffee and bagels. Nothing more. It either should not be advertised or it should be significantly improved.

We stayed in the minisuite which was large enough for all 4 of us. The complimentary cooked to order breakfast was delicious and the view from the restaurant was beautiful. Staff helpful. One draw back was the pool and jacuzzi were cool and fitness center was adequate but not great.
