Ritz Milner Hotel - Los Angeles

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. It quite suit travelers who want to sleep well at night.

I would recommend this hotel as a place to rest after being out all day in downtown Los Angeles. Good value for attending events at the convention center or Staples Center. Pros: price, clean functional rooms, walking distance to convention center, free breakfast, nearby restaurants and supermarket, decent parking structure, mall across the street, coin laundry. Cons: Small rooms, other guests slamming doors can wake you, only one ice machine was working, street noise (like sirens) gets through the windows.

It was a great hotel room to stay at. Was dreading it from some of the reviews I read, but it was actually a really nice place. The bathroom, room, and everything were nice and clean and it was a good place to stay. My girlfriend and I enjoyed it immensely.

This was one of my most cheep in quality vacation I ever had. The quality of the room was so bad that I had to just get out of as soon as I can. I wasted all the money and the time on a very bad room. I had a ticket for a concert which I did not go because I was so disappointed and not happy. The room had a lot of bugs in it and there was so many of them dead. I feel sorry to get that room and I returned the room in less than an hour. That was such a waste:((

Ideal like a bed&breakfast hotel. Ideal ratio location/price. I can recommend this hotel when you want to stay in downtown, visit Staple center and take trips to Hollywood and Beverly Hills ....

Good value. The building is old and the rooms are small, but the rooms were clean and quiet. The parking structure next door was good, and it is within walking distance to the Staples/Convention center. Decent free breakfast. Another bonus is the nearby supermarket and chain restaurants. I plan on staying again for next year's convention in LA.

Tiny, tiny rooms with early morning noise (like 4-5 am).

Well this Hotel has some good points, its location is great ir your planing on going to the staples center or the nokia theater also its on downtown area, the subway terminal is 2 blocks away and from there you can almos go anywere, on the other side, the rooms are way i mean WAY to small, its like there is only space for the bed the night stand and thats it, its REALY noisy, the trash can bus comes every day at like 6:30 and you can use it as a wake up call, the morning breakfast is not that good, but theres an ihop just crossing the street and a subway at the other corner, the employees are nice and they help alot, they can set you up with tours if you feel like getting to know the city, the price is a little high for what they offer but considering the demand of the dates i went in i guess its ok.

The breakfast offered in the hotel dining room was poor. The place was rather dark, the tables and the chairs were somehow very old and well maintained. However, the hotal location and the price you pay are quite reasonable.

This was a great deal for the price. My room was not luxurious (by any stretch of the imagination!), but it was clean and the staff were polite and very helpful. The area was fine - probably not one to go walking around alone at night, but my companions and I had no problems.

The hotel was in the exact location I required, and the price was as quoted. The room was so cramped I could not open the drawers to put things in the dresser nor move the chair to sit at the desk. Alarms were left on all over the building each day that awoke me at all hours each morning and the desk was unable to solve it.

The good times of this hotel seem to be gone long before (about 1920 ..) now its just old and wrecked. Service was like in Germany - and this is no good rating! Best thing is simply the price, its quite cheap for its excellent downtown location.
