This property has zero drive up appeal. When we turned into the parking lot we said "What have we gooten into?" The parking lot is a stark, black asphalt square, the pool is empty and the rows of room doors look like an cell block. However, once you enter the room, it is quite nice, so first impressions are deceiving. Some landscaping would help.
