Fantastic service and excellent staff. We had a suite which was great. The decor is a little tired but made up for by cleanliness and spacious accomodation. Very pretty hotel with exceptionally helpful staff and the best pool - small but very pretty and warm! Easy walking distance to Hollywood walk of fame and very convenient drive to Universal. You would have to drive to Beverly Hills/ Rodeo Drive etc.

Some noise in the rooms due to a bad soundproofing but it wasn't a real problem in my opinion. Very nice stay, the hotel is well situated.
