Pros: 1. Good location for getting around London- close to underground/ bus links. 2. Spacious room/ good bed. Cons: 1. No mention of main line rail line that runs to rear of hotel mentioned anywhere- no chance of sleep in! 2. Hotel situated in residential area- no scenic vistas from any angle. 3. Hotel is deceptively long- a fair walk from reception to rooms at rear, where we were!

Hotel in a quiet area close to centre of Shepherds Bush handy for Shopping and restaurants and Music Venue Empire O2.Bed was huge room was a good size Valet Parking very good.Beware the very small £2 bottles of water left in the room. Vending machines seemed dear (did not use them)Only real gripe other guests trays left in the corridor with half eaten meals on them for hours.Did not use Spa facilities.Overall good stay.
