Filthy hotel, rooms had some green dirt on the bathroom curtains and the floor was really dirty. The room was just a little bigger than a car cabin and the breakfast was non existing...just orange juice and 4 toasts. Go only if u are desperate and cant find something else on the last minute, it is cheap but with a huge price on your experience.

The hotel is good for the price. The only problem for us, is if you have the flight late, it's impossible left your baggage in reception for get later. The check out is 11:00 p.m. We need pay for left our baggage in the coach station (£7,00/peace).

Very bad quality. I was on the 3rd Floor, no lift, narrow stairs comprising of 6 parts. When I opened the bedroom door it opened into a dirty shower tray then another door which led to the bedroom. Inches of dust on the window which didn't close properly. Check in time too late. As I left early on the morning I got a breakfast tray the night before comprising of kettle, tea pot with bag, milk and corn flakes. As I had a shower in the morning I had to pull my luggage over a wet tray. Appalling & should be struck off the list. The only good thing was that the staff were friendly, but for the price not worth it. I found a nice hotel quiet near which was available and was more reasonable. Would not stay there again or recommend it.

I should admit that I have to accept the quality with the price. But I don't think I will use here again. If I can get more service with a little more expense, I will choose to pay a bit higher. Its location is very good. Close to Victoria train/tube/coach station. But room is tiny, only toast and tea/coffee for breakfast.

Small rooms, but very friendly employees. Little breakfast with coffee or tea, toasts, butter, marmelade, orange juice, cornflakes and muesli. A very good place for discovering London, near Victoria Station, from here you can travel everywhere in the inner city by underground or bus. Or discover the city by going on foot: Buckingham Palace, Westminister Abbey and some other attractions are approx. 15 minutes from these hotel.

Dont stay here. Booked a double room, got two single beds pushed together, which i understand is quite common in europe, but one of the bed bases was badly broken causing the matress to sag about half a foot lower than the other. Defeating entierly the point of a double bed. matresses were old and you could feel every spring. windows werent sound proof and there was noise at night. could hear every footstep from the room above. bathroom was the size of a toilet cubicule. shower had no pressure, an erractic supply of hot water and the wall attachment was sitting on the floor broken so you had to hose yourself off. toilet didnt flush to well either. you also couldnt shut the bathroom door without getting trapped it due to the buggy lock and handle. Breakfast was measly and the man serving was rude. Steep stairs that werent good with big bags. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. it would be worth spending more money to stay in better conditions.
United Kingdom, May 2008
The room was clean and tidy. The service was good and continental breakfast was served. But the mattress was really really bad in the room. One side of the mattress was around 6 cms down the other side of the mattress and it was really in bad condition. I couldn't sleep the whole night and my next day was ruined. The shower wasn't good either.

El hotel es cutre, cuando entras a la habitación pasas por la ducha, pequeña sucia y realmente asquerosa, el desayuno malo, bien ubicado, cerca del centro y victoria pero realmente malo

The location of hotel is excellent, direct connection from airports, underground. It is only a walking distance (10 min) to Westminster Abbey or Houses of Parliament. The hotel according to its quality is expensive compared to the other cities, but quite cheap for London. The room was very small (old but quite clean) and the most amazing was, that we had to enter room via bathroom, stepping right into shower pan. We just spend 5 nights in the room so that was not such a big problem, only if we couldn't see any moulds around and also humidity was not very pleasant, thanks God it was very nice warm weather, so the window could be open all day and night long. Everything in this hotel was very small. Breakfast meant only 3 - 4 toasts a person, butter, marmalade (at the end of our stay only 1 type of marmalade), cereals, tea or coffee, cup of juice). We met just two employees looking very tired - 24 hours reception, but they tried to be very helpful and friendly. I am not sure, if I would recommend this hotel to somebody, I do not have anything to compare with. It is really only a place to sleep. We even met some mature couple, who turned away after seeing the room.

The room was very small (old but quite clean) and we came to the room through the bathroom (wc and shower cabin) - so there was some problem if you want to get out of the room if the other one was taking shower. :-) It was quite amusing. We just spend nights in the room so that was not a problem. Everything in this hotel was quite small (only four tables in the dinning room). Breakfast was continental (toast, butter, marmalade or serials and tea or coffee) - so nothing special there. We met just two of the employee and both of them were looking very tired but they were also very nice. I recommend this hotel for all of you who don't care too much about accommodation (for me is only a place to sleep) and for all of you who don't have much money. It is expensive but quite cheap for London and it's only minutes away from Victoria station, Buckingham palace and parliament.

I stayed just for one night because i had to take an exam the next morning and then return home. The reason i selected Vegas Hotel was that it was only 7 mins walk from my exam centre. But unfortunately that was the only benefit of my stay at the hotel. I stayed in Room No. 11 on 15 Jan 2008. The room had not been freshly vacuumed and not properly dusted. Of the two beds, the left one was slack in the middle. And here's the worst part... the flush of the toilet was not working! The one thing i still wonder is that how can you give a room to a customer without checking if its providing the basic facilities adequately?! With 62 flood warnings in place all over UK that night, which was quite chilly as well, the central heating was merely turned on for a very limited time, and on a customer's request only, not on its own. There was a weird noise coming from above, the reason for which i couldn't figure out. I don't normally hear such noises! ;) The hot water in the wash basin ran out at 8:30am and had not come till 9:30am when i checked out. There was however, hot water coming in the shower which was electric. One service which did come handy was leaving the luggage in the holding area after checking-out, for free. To sum up, will i be staying again in Vegas Hotel? Absolutely NOT!

When we have opened the door, we have entered the shower room and we have passed through the shower room to the room. The double room is terribly narrow, we cannot put our lugged. We are obliged to go across our logged. We have paid for wireless but we could not have Internet access.

Our room (Nr.2) was in the basement, a doubleroom with 10cm space on the left of the bed, 10cm on the right and 20cm before the bed. Every 15 min there was a train running near the hotel, but it was loud as it was in the room. The bathroom (1,5m x 1,8m) was really small. And for a person with the height of 1,78m it was not easy to take a shower. My head was always beaten by the ceiling. The breakfast was not bad, although there was someone sleeping in the breakfastroom. The only positive is, you have only a 2min walk to victoria station and 15 min to BuckinghamPalace, BigBen etc.

Don't ever occupy the room on the first floor facing the street for two bad reasons: the traffic noise is horrible especially while sleeping, and there is no toilet inside the room.

We are a young couple that doen't want to spend much money. So we booked the cheapes hotel we could find. When we arrived we had to move to an other hotel because Vegas Hotel was booked up. This was not very luxorious but for the price okay. Fortunately I don't remember the name, but it was next to Vegas Hotel. Our room was very tiny but clean with a kettle and TV. The beddings were washed but the room was extremly hot because ist was located in the cellar netxt to the heating room!! Perfect for a cold winter (but not for a warm autumn day)!!

The room is very very small and not too clean. But there's a great quietness and the bathrooms works fine. At least u have only to sleep here,u don't need a mansion... The price considering the central position(10 min walk to Buckingam Palace)is very good.

We requested a handicapped-accessable room but we arrived to find we were on the third floor. We had to carry all our luggage up the steep, narrow stairs. The staff were less than friendly. We were upset that we were not allowed to make a phone call (even to call a taxi) without first giving them 10 lbs to turn our phone on. They would then deduct 50p per minute for any calls! The breakfast was the poorest of any we had during our trip. It consisted of only corn flakes (no other choice), orange juice, toast & coffee or tea for the two days we were there.
