The staff were very friendly and keen to help with information on London or transport, but rooms are tiny- bathroom was like a train toilet! Not any room to dry yourself! However, location great- Paddington station nearby. Overall, I would probably stay again, but would check out if there were any other rooms available that were bigger.

We really enjoyed our stay here but can see why others may not. The main thing people need to be aware of is the size of the room. It's tiny - but it has everything you could need and they make use of all available space! I wouldnt want to stay more than 1 night though as you would need more space for that. The room was very clean which is the main thing for me and the bathroom was spotless although again, tiny. A little bit like a bathroom in a caravan - it was like a plastic room all boxed in! Nice warm shower though and a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. We paid approx £100 for the night which is more than we would usually want to pay in London and it's always shocking to see what you get for your money there! apart from the size of the room (only just fit a double bed in with room for only one bedside table!) it was clean, quiet and the bed was comfy. Friends of ours stayed there to though and they said the noise of trains kept them up all night - we were on the other side of the hotel and heard nothing so it may be something to request if you're a light sleeper. loved this hotel though in all and would stay again if the prices were lower.

We have éjournes in the short hotel debut tudor in October, 2009, we had the room(chamber) 19 which be in the 4eme etage (without elevator) In our arrivee we have ete acceuillie by 2 persons who ete competent, we have to pay 164 £ for two nights with young dejeuners included (dejeuners youngs are substantial) the hotel is tres situated well pres of the station(resort) of metro of paddington as well as the station of train of paddington which harms(serves) all the aeroports of londre. About our room(chamber) (19) thus apres have to go(take) up 4 etages you decouvrez a tiny room(chamber) a small bathroom a medium-sized(of medium height) bed a big television stick on the wall and a cleaning really tres summary. In brief if to look you for the comfort it is not that would find him(it) to you!! Bitter it is a corner(place) of paddington tres nice!!

The rooms are small but clean and enough for a short period. The hotel is very well located, a couple of blocks away from Paddington Station. The only problem was that I asked for a twin room and they gave me a double. But anyway I would go back there. The quality/price relationship is definitly good.

Expected the room to be very small with little space to move about. The shared toilet/bathroom was in pathetic condition, with lock not working and only boiling water from shower head. Breakfast average however the ladies serving were friendly and accommodating. Wireless detection poor in rooms.

OK, the single room i had was small and not very quiet (thanks to the tube and thin walls) but i still recommand it: easy location, clean, good service and interesting price for that so-expensive center London. A really good choice for a few nights.

I stayed at the Tudor Court because my preferred hotel (Crestfield) was full and I was travelling in and out of Paddington. I stayed 1 night in a 1 bedroom w/ shared bath. Early check in was not a problem. The location is perfect on a well kept quiet street only 1 short block from Paddington Train & Tube stations. The room is very small and the shared bathrooms were even smaller. The room got a little bit noisy sometimes during the night given the hardwood floors and proximity to the stairs. The room did not have satellite TV as advertised (maybe the larger rooms have it?) but when I woke up in the middle of the night, I did enjoy the programming on the standard 5 over-the-air channels. In my opinion, this place is not as bad as the general ratings imply - particularly when you consider the price. I do think you get a better value at Crestfield and I might want to try some of the other hotels on the same street near Paddington but I would not rule out staying at the Tudor Court again.

Very Basic, at least the single room (nr.20) I was offered on the top floor. (I really question the 2 stars here!?) Very narrow stairways and many floors to walk up. Don't bring a lot of luggage. Shower across the hall. Wash basin in room. You can hear everything said in the room next door. Pricewise, I thought this is what you would get for 38 pounds in London, but the next day I stayed at 3 stars Norfolk Towers, double en suite for single use for 30 pounds!! (Also booked through venere) Real luxury compared to Tudor Court.

The staff were very welcoming, but the room we were given was not of great quality, the shower was inside the room at the end of my bed and the light fixture had broken panel of glass, which could be hazard. Appart from this it was an enjoyable stay in an superb location and was suited to the price.

I took a single room. It was very small (just 3X2 m), with no toilette inside, but it was good for just one night.
