Tony S House Hotel - London

very small and narrow hotel; we stayed at the hotel with our 2 children and our room was in 3. floor - no elevator available; breakfast was awful (in the bedroom, because there's no common room, it was only industrials biscuits); the staff was friendly but the hotel is very poor...

we were forced to move to another hotel the second night because we found a mouse in the room. The beds are not clean. Do not go in this hotel. The neighborhood is fine by cons! The restaurant is not expensive and the food is very good.

How can I explain ? The bedroom was really small, bed linen was too small for the bed, it was really dirty on the floor and in the bathroom (hairs everywhere!) I think that nobody cleaned it before our arriving, the breakfast was awful (in the bedroom, because there's no common room, it was only industrials biscuits), they didn't clean the room during our stay and the beds had never been made even if we staid 3 nights ! Please don't go there !!!!! It's an advice !!!!!!

Room was clean. Very well located (near underground station), staff was friendly. Excelent relationship price & quality. I recommend it.

Essential, small room with a very small bathroom. But it's very cheap and in a real good area of London, so if you only want to sleep, it's perfect. No daily room-service. Essenziale, camera piccola e bagno minuscolo stile camper. Ma per quello che costa, nella zona di Bayswater, va benissimo! Consigliato se avete poche pretese e volete dormire spendendo poco. Non c'è pulizia giornaliera, ma a richiesta arriva. Colazione preconfezionata, ma si fa in camera, in pigiama. Perfetto per gruppi di amici.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful.I was very impressed with the rooms, they were very clean and comfortable. Overall very happy!Would definitely recommend this one.

the bathroom was like an airplanetoilet and the room could have been cleaner. the mattresses were horrible, I slept really bad. they served breakfast, but in a triple room were only 3 chairs and a tiny table, so one had top sit on the bed. at one night we spotted a mouse running through the room and the staff only told us, that it's normal around the time of the year.
