The hotel was under renovation, we didn't have breakfast. The bathroom was too small. During the stay, the room was cleaned only once.

I'm not satisfied. There was construction and I couldn't use light in the bathroom.

A filty room in the basement for us a family of four. When the suitcases were on the floor you could barely walk there without stepping into something. Breakfast was a laugh. Toast with jam and butter. Nothing else. I will never go back there.

Poor breakfast, noisy rooms and poor facilities. No particular kind staff. It was my fourth visit in London and it has been the worst hotel.

Not too bad. I would only stay there for short time and only if I am alone on a business trip. Not the place to rent for honeymoon, or plain and simple take your girlfriend to. In the third day the maid somehow forgot to leave me shower gel. The walls are paper thin. The personnel is very polite and will do their best to make you feel at home.

The only reason for choosing that hotel is its central location near Victoria Station.

This was an alright place to sleep, not to stay in, neither for me nor my suitcase. It was not possible to flush the toilet, which had been "fixed" with some string and tape.

My request was for the honeymoon room....When we arrived in the hotel, on the reception desk was sitting a serviceman(instead of a receptionist who was celebrating birthday). It wasn´t possible to lock the door in the room at all.Pictures on hotel website can´t be absolutely compared with reality. One day water didn´t run in whole hotel(well solved by the receptionist), there was a terrible mould on the wall around the windows. Rooms were small, but we didn´t mind that so much.I can´t definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was polite, hotel has great location but price was extremely high for such a terrible quality of this hotel, so only one thing you pay for is the good location. Maybe other rooms are nicer........but I don´t believe that so much. Before you decide to book it please see my pictures at first....

I stayed there 1 week. I was alone, so I was not really caring about where to stay and how to comfort somebody... Single room was 40pounds per night. Tiny room with tiny shower and toilet. Telphone was not working but I had a pay-as-you-go cellphone. Location is great. 15 minutes to walk to Big Ben, 5 minutes to Victoria Station. Easy to get to Heathrow, only 35 minutes. If you are alone and you wont be staying all day in your room, then its a great place to land and save bunch of money.

My room had NO TOILET. I had no indication the room did not include a toilet, and was very dissapointed. The staff was excellent, and the hotel was perfectly located. Over all nice hotel, but only if you want to share toilet...good price, nice if your budget is low. The location at Victoria Station is perfect. Ok hotel for a short stay, a couple of days only.

Really the worst experience in several years of travels. The room was awful, dirty, with cracked electricity plugs, bathroom with no enough space to sit (when needed...), ridiculous sink, shower without protection against water on the floor, dangerous heater closed to bed, no lock inside the room, no space to open the luggage nor to distribute dresses. Only 2 available channels on TV, crutches on the support arm of TV ! Payment pretended in advance (only after we understan why...), poor breakfast. This is not acceptable in a European country.

The room and the bathroom were too small, the bed was very unconfortable and the window didn't close well. Although, the location of the hotel was great (5 minutes from Victoria Station)

A very small, but nice hotel. The rooms are very small...But if you just need a bed to sleep, it`s ok. Given the high prices at larger hotels, it is a way to make your staying in London less expensive.
