this hotel certainly is not a 3 star hotel in 2009! half of the available rooms have a private bathroom, however you need to cross the hall to enter this bathroom, since it is not situated in your room itself! further more we had to pay in advance for the room, although this is not mentioned on the site and they charge the roomrate (without prewarning) in Euro instead of GBP on a ridiculous high exchange rate! At departure they gave us the advice to book directly at the hotel the next time instead of via venere.com

My daughter and I found this hotel and room offered totally unacceptable. We booked in at 1pm and booked out at 4pm the same day due to the filthy, delapidated state of the twin room and bathroom-curtains supposed to be white were grey/black, bedroom window was broken so could not open, holes in wall and dirty bath.

room was ok, with bathroom inside. people were very nice and location was perfect. i know london quite well and baker street is a very good tube station to go arond as it is very well connected.

Pefectt hotel when come from stanstead since the coach stop in Baker street and pick you up again in Glouchester Place.Also a good location when you go to London for shopping.

Es un hotel al que volvería. la habitación era espaciosa, limpio y el desayuno estaba bien: cafe, tostadas recien hechas, cereales, yogures... El recepcionista era un poco raro pero el resto del personal del hotel era muy agradable.

lift ends at 10:30pm, which made it inconvenient to walk up flights of stairs in the evening; however, we were satisfied with location and rooms.
