You get what you pay for. I would return any day to this hotel if only there is a lift. Walking stairs to the 4th floor is something I promised myself I would ever do again. If you're young and energetic I'm sure you'll be fine here. Otherwise, it's value for money.

Peace, quite and a clean room is what we needed and what we got. And in the morning a full English breakfast was served quickly and with a smile. Not a fancy hotel but still my best hotel experience in London so far. Even though the shower was small and the water pressure just a trikle.

Really like the surroundings, Pimlico is a quiet, nice zone. I suggest improving the breakfast room, with fans or air conditioning, or even making windows to the street, since the room was pretty hot and with no ventilation.

Conduzione familiare per un hotel di media qualità situato in buona posizione. Spazi un po' ristretti e pulizie migliorabili.

I asked for a cradle for a baby-boy, but on my arrival I have been told that there wasn't any cradle in the hotel. I've also been told that Venere had been informed that they weren't able to provide a cradle! At the end, the baby boy had to sleep in a bed (fortunately there was a spare bed in one of the rooms we had booked, because otherwise there wouldn't have been any bed for the baby!). Apart from this, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

Camera piccola, ma molto più pulita rispetto allo standard londinese. La zona è molto tranquilla e vicinissima ai luoghi più turitici.

Absence of the elevator was quite disappointing - though we knew about it, still carying the bags to the upper floor was quite an exercise. In genereal, everything was ok - close to the underground, separate key from the front door, fresh breakfast in the morning - that's enough for 4 nights stay when you are in London for sightseeing.

Staff were not very comunicative, but were helpful when a request was made, however, they did not go out of their way to enquire if we had enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and neat, though small; the breakfast was very good. Overall, very satisfied; my friends and I will try to stay there again next year.

Location is good. Close to Underground station and Victoria Station. Only down side was there was no lift and we were on the fourth floor. Ask for a lower floor if stairs would be a problem for you.

Small but clean and tidy en-suite twin room. Good for sleep over but not to stay in cause it's to small. Very good location, only 5min walk to Pimlico tube station and 7min to Victoria train station. Would recomend it to anyone who is planing to walk arond London all day and needs well located quiet and clean room to sleep. Breakfast is to early 6:30 - 8:30!

We were disgusted to find that the room rates offered by the hotel were £20 a night cheaper than we paid and, consequently feel cheated. The room itself was of a poor quality in a cramped space. Having had such an experience, we will never use your site again, and we will pass this on to all our friends.

WE had the worst experience with the hotel. In additon, we found out that this website charges you 22% comission for reservnig the room. The owner of the hotel was extremely rude. The hotel had no elevator or a porter. We had to carry our bags up 6 flights of stairs. The reception even refused to take any message for us. The manager/owner refused to give us the key unless we paid for all 3 days in full! This hotel had a good rating and decent location according to the map. We were truly disappointed. We paid a lot of money for a really poor quality hotel. I would not recommend them to anyone.
